Arby's — Restaurant in Pineville

Dominique may be the rudest person, I have ever come across. Thats saying alot considering I work at a job where I deal with rude people all day long. My husband and I ordered a late dinner tonight 9 pm(they close at 10) my husband drove 20 min away to get arbys picked up our food got home at 920 half our order was missing. We had none of my husband's food. I immediately called the store and asked to speak with the manager, I explain to him some of our food is missing. I hear a lady yelling very loudly in the background he says hold on and gives Dominiqe the phone she proceeds to yell at me and tell me she packed the bag herself and she knows there was no food missing. She wouldnt make a mistake like that. Last I checked everyone makes mistakes. I proceeded to go round and round with her explaining that the food is not here. She finally decided to tell me well you can call back and talk to my manager tomorrow I said I thought I was just speaking to the manager. She tells me that was the night manager I need to speak the the day manager. So she expected my husband to just not eat his supper we paid for I guess. So I tell her to let me speak to the manager I was speaking to. She handed him the phone and he told us to come back and get the food that was missing. The poor manager seemed if he was afraid of her or something. Usually when we go here the food and service are great but dominique needs a new job! She does not know how to speak to customers or people in general. I will be calling the corporate office. I am not sure if she is always like this or just because she didnt want to have to make the food that close to closing time but either way it is unacceptable and I will report it over and over again until something is done and she knows she cant treat...

The long wait aside, because I know fresh food takes time, the potato cakes were so greasy that the carton they came in was so noticeably discolored and soaked with grease, so much so in fact that it soaked through the carton and into a good bit of the bag. The potato cakes were also completely overdone almost to the point of being burnt and were inedible. I refused to even feed them to my dog because they were completely nasty. The turkey sandwich had a measly amount of meat on it to say the most and it was amassed in the middle of the sandwich instead of evenly distributed. Suffice to say that I'd of gotten more meat on Subway's 6 inch sub than I did on the sandwich I ordered today and I would have paid less money for the 6 inch than the turkey and swiss. I could take the meat on my sandwich, ball it up in one hand, and close my fingers around it comfortably while still hiding all of the meat. I had also ordered no tomatoes and to my surprise I found half of a tomato in my sandwich. I am allergic to tomatoes, most particularly the seeds, and had to have my husband pick them off, wipe down the meat and lettuce, toss the onions because they were covered in seeds and tomato juice, and hope that when I ate the sandwich that I wasted $5.79 (before tax!!!) on that I wouldn't have an allergic reaction. Suffice to say I was really hungry (having had no breakfast) and didn't have the time or gas to drive back to the store to have the employees correct a mistake that shouldn't have been made in the first place. The next time I want a turkey sandwich I'm going to Subway, where the price for a sandwich is more reasonable, I get the correct order, and I get more...

I went inside and was placing my order at the counter. After ordering an asst. manager last name Wade came up and said " woe woe woe slow down this girl is new and she took my order and relayed it to the new girl and got it wrong twice. Wade started closing the register and very rudely told me to move down. She was constantly complaining. A guy came in from the drive thru because his order was wrong. Wade came up and said" I gave you 3 sauce at the window, you don't need any more " and the guy told Wade he wasn't asking for sauce. Another employee ask Wade a question and again speaking very rude said " My shift be over ask you manager". I ask for extra thousand Island for my Ruben like I do every week and she said" it comes on the sandwiche you don't get extra. When I first walked in, she was being very rude to someone in the drive thru telling him he needed to learn how to order and slow down. The new girl apologized to me several times about Wade.
