CC's Coffee House — Restaurant in Pineville

This used to be one of my FAVORITE places to go but unfortunately lately I dont feel like they have lived up to the same quality. Ive debated coming back because for what you pay you should get the same quality coffee everytime. I order the same thing every visit but unfortunately they have been quite inconsistent in taste. They also didn't bother to tell me about them being out of certain items that were a necessity to the drink I ordered. Once I went back to tell them I was not satisfied with the drink one of the employees inside the window was complaining so loud I could hear her through the window and I feel she intentionally made the second drink worse than my original drink. I am appreciating with much gratitude for Lisa (manager) and all shift crews here at CC’s in Pineville. I come almost every day sometimes twice a day and at random times of the day. My experience inside the store and the drive thru has always been stellar. I love that the employees recognize me and know what I like to drink. They all work well together and generate a fun and happy atmosphere. The store is clean and has a pleasant decor. I am grateful that we have such a wonderful coffeehouse to go to here in Pineville. I may go alone or with my friends or family member and we always enjoy sitting inside or outside visiting. Thank you Lisa and I thank all the wonderful employees. You always make my day. Great coffee, but not the greatest service in my opinion. My mom goes atleast twice a week and I sometimes go with her. Of the 30+ times shes gone she has always made it a point to ask for Whipped Cream on her coffee, yet they have forgotten to it it on their every single time so she has always had to stop and go back to tbe counter to ask for it again. Annoying. Last 2 visits, we weren't greeted by a single worker in the place even though we were THE ONLY CUSTOMERS INSIDE! It was awkward and rude bc they all looked up and saw us come in but then turned away and continued piddling around even making us wait for service for a couple minutes while we stood at the register and they were right infront of us behind the counter.
