Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Pineville

I have to be honest we frequently visit this restaurant almost every week! From walking in the door and being greeted by a friendly smile from the hostess Abby! To the prompt service we receive the moment we sat down! Our waiter John Pa we had last night was really on top of his game, we never had to ask for anything, as he watched not just our table, but the many he was handling.They really make you feel welcome, and at home! Even the hostess checked on tables to make sure no one needed anything, this young lady should be waiting tables as well with her personality!

We have not had any issues what so ever! The entire staff works together and gets the job done, it is definitely a team effort. The management clearly shines through their employees, the staff is amazing! The front of the house is inviting, and clean! The food is always brought out fast, fresh, and hot as it should be!

We love the fact that the manager comes and checks on the tables, to be sure all is well! This is a person who takes pride in what he does! There should be more people like him in the restaurant industry! Clearly when you love what you do, it isn’t a job! I can’t help but letting others know how amazing this place is! I have visited other Chili’s in the area and out of state, and they can not hold a candle to this management and staff!

As a business owner for 37 years, it’s service like this that keeps us going! So you can’t forget who helped make you who you are today!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Not sure exactly where our server Alison went yesterday but if she quit then I completely DO NOT BLAME HER after seeing how busy she and the bartender was while Management sat around it appeared to have 3 managers working. Our plates were greasy from the kid that delivered our food with dirty gloves on( EXPLAINS THE HEALTH RATING of 93%) EWWW !!!, Not sure if he is the cook or what the deal is but not very professional and brought us the wrong food orders. I hope the tip we left on the table went to the nice lady taking care of us before she disappeared, because she honestly just randomly vanished, hopefully she didn't quit or we definitely wont be back AGAIN! However, we assume she quit since the whole time we were eating our wrong food orders all we could hear was the management talking very rudely about our server (DONT EVER SIT NEXT TO DOUBLE DOORS THAT GO TO KITCHEN. NOT PROFESSIONAL at all and hopefully you all get terminated for the poor management skills and example you are setting for other staff) this chilis location seems to loose all the good employees and continues to hire young kids that sit on there cell phones and ignore customers or hires uneducated people that know nothing about a good dining experience. So disappointed in the service tonight. Our waitress was standing at our table and the man at the next table called her over. She went over and had at least a 10 minute conversation with him..while we are still waiting to order. Mind you, he had already finished his meal. Their conversation was not about Chili’s business. She finally came over and took our order. Eventually, she comes back and asked if we’d received our appetizers….clearly not if you didn’t bring it and don’t see it on our table. So she goes to the kitchen and comes right back out with it. So, obviously, it had been sitting there and ready. She didn’t bring the small plates for us to share the appetizers and was extremely annoyed when we asked for them. By the time, she brought our food, all our drinks were empty. She did not bring ranch that our daughter requested and blamed it in the kitchen staff. She never came back to ask if our food was okay or if we needed anything else. We finally asked for a to go box and it took so long I was wrapping up my burger in a napkin to take home. I left zero tip. Nada. Nothing. And here’s the thing, we are great tippers. We appreciate good service. Our daughter used to wait tables and we know how hard it is, however we will not reward indifference and inefficiency. On the other hand, the food was great, so…props...
