Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Pineville

One of their worst locations needs big improvement from management,it looks like they're allowing employees to be under the influence while serving the public the food is not prepared or cooked correctly for that matter either its over cooked or under cooked the crust is salty enough to give a person high blood pressure if they don't already have it the main focus seemed to be on the short fuzzy haired manager that was not present at the moment,employees claimed he was a heavy drinker and shouts out orders to others in stead of training them properly,they also claimed it was the reason for the poor performance ,i dont know what it's going to take for you guys to get it right but if this is privately owned then the corp may need to get you guys out from under them before the whole brand is ruined nationwide...I've gave just about every location in the region of Charlotte back towards belmont and every single location can use huge improvements..you can start off by firing all of thesw big chiefs you paying out salaries to and get some real people that truly care about how the public is served..even if it takes firing the head guy...the public you serve is always first but its not showing in your...

This pizza just keeps getting better. When I first started going to Hungry Howie's just about a year ago the pizza was just a pizza but now the taste has greatly improved and the crust is literally the best flavored crust in any pizza chain in Charlotte. They even sprinkle parmesan cheese(I think thats what you call it) on your pizza which has greatly improved the taste. It makes the pizza so good.

The only minor negative but nothing to take a star off on the feedback, was that although I am serviced right away when I come pick up my order. My last visit in I had to wait 8 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I seen 3-4 people working in the kitchen and they all appeared to be working very hard. I think they were overwhelmed with orders coming in. My order was already sitting in the pizza sham all I needed to do was pick it up. Like I said this was only on my last occasion, most of the time someone comes to the counter within 30 seconds.

Anyways keep making the best Pizza in...

Just called and this guy had a really snotty attitude and this been going on for a long time and I have not said anything about it but today will be the first day to say something and I am no longer eating here customer service is everything if you want to keep your business. I’m ordering from jet’s Pizza for now on. Really really bad customer service and the owner need to fire all of them and hire new people with good attitudes you’re making somebody food for crying out loud have some decency. Smfh
