McDonald's — Restaurant in Pineville

Terrible service today! Usually better than others but bad, bad today. No grilled sandwich options. Only fat people's food! Yet, in all honesty, it's not just this restaurant chain but all of them; fast and traditional as well. Look at the ads on tv. Pictures with heaping mounds of food at regular restaurants! Who needs triple cheese burgers? The human body doesn't need three hamburger patties! We just don't need that much protein! However, the biggest culprit in the obesity epidemic, is not so much processed foods in the stores, because, there were these foods in the '50's too; albeit there were fat people then too, there always has been but never like now! The difference is, the fast food industry then, was in it's infancy. Then, there were few fast food options! As I said, no one needs three hamburger patties in one sitting! Why don't these places offer turkey burgers? These fast food places and traditional restaurants, can use healthier ingredients for no extra cost! Low fat options, whole wheat, better oils, air frying, etc. Did you all know that by air frying or oven frying french fries, cuts out half the calories?! And they taste just as good! Lite salad dressings and cut out the giant portions that lure people in! I always thought that the extra fat in foods, made it taste better but guess what! Not really! We're conditioned to think so! For health reasons, I had to lose weight. I lost 45 pounds by eating low fat, less food of course and staying out of fast food restaurants! Sure, their food tastes amazing but...

Went today and pulled into the inside drive through line behind several cars. After 20 minutes I noticed several cars that had went to the outside lane had already placed their order along with the ones that were in front of them. Then the inside lane would move 1 car. I watched as 6 cars that arrived after me and went to the outside lane were able to place their orders. To make it even worse I am sitting at the speaker to place my order. I watch a car that had just arrived pull up to the outside lane and place their order immediately. This was the POOREST service I have ever encountered. I then pull up to the window and ask to speak to the Manager. A minute later a young male comes to the window and asked how he could help. I asked if he was the Manager and he said "No", but he could help me. He had on the headset so he was probably the one taking the orders. I told him No I was waiting on the Manager. When she came to the window I verified she was the Manager. I explained I have sat in the line for 30 minutes and what occurred. Her response "I am sorry. We are Shorthanded". I told her it had nothing to do with being Shorthanded because it was NOT an issue for the other vehicles in the outside lane NOR the 6 cars that pulled up AFTER I did. Her response then was "I am sorry". Now remember these workers are demanding minimal wage be raised to $15.00 an hour. Well this is why you are not making...

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers no onions, and a large fry, with a drink. Got food and went to check it - it had onions on it and it was cold. The cheese wasn't even soft. I handed it back to server and told him I ordered it with no onions. He asked if I checked the other one. I told him no but with the service this McD has been dishing out I would be the other one was wrong also. I pulled up to next window for my new order. When it was returned guess what. Same burger I first received. They had tried to scrape the onions off and did a very poor job of it. I handed the bag back to the guy who brought it to me. In a very stern voice I told him I wanted 2 fresh cheeseburgers with NO ONIONS. He left and when he finally returned they still wasn't fresh and hot but at least it had no onions in it. This MCD which every time I go there I get my order wrong, the workers are in their phone, they aren't pleasant, and they move like turtles. The lines stay slow and LONG.
