Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Pineville

Waited in line for 30Minutes in the 1st Row. People kept getting talked to on the second intercom and passing me in line. Five cars past and the employees finally came out to fix the lines. I told the employees the situation and the employee proceeded to ignore me and let 5 more cars go by. I told them please let me out of line I do not want to give you my service. The manager screamed at me thank you come again very rude when I was leaving because I didn’t want to give them my service and wanted to get out of line. Awful service awful employees and this is not the first bad experience at this canes. The canes in Alexandria is 1000x better even the food is better. The restaurant was filthy. Only about three tables had customers but the bar and every vacant table had food on it from where people ate. The drink station was nasty, there was ketchup everywhere. The restrooms were horrible, they looked like something you’d see in a run down gas station. The guy on the register needs to learn how to speak. I love this location! The employees are always polite and ready to serve! I happened to be out late one night, and noticed that this Raising Cane's was still open, so I pulled in. It was 1:53am, and they were closing at 2am. They actually made FRESH chick5 for the customers and were very happy to help, even though it was so close to closing time.
