I made a order around 1:10 PM In drive through. I order a Southwest Avocado Salad With extra avocado, chicken, & bacon. Large Unsweetened tea. They did ask me several questions at the drive through about the order that I couldn’t quite grasp due to the fact it’s not my order but for my MOTHER THAT JUST GOT OUT OF SURGERY I know they possibly couldn’t know that. The thing is my Mother called the phone the Manager answered the phone my Mother explained what was wrong. She asked the lady to have it made when I got there. But, she hung up before she could finish her sentence. When I arrived I reminded her what happened. She said “Yeah we asked you this and that and you said yes” I replied with “Yes it’s not my order” She replied with “Yeah, well she must be mad at you and disappointed in you” I replied with “No she is not just get her food for me” The tone the lady was using was nerving to say the least. ONE it had fried chicken. The order shouldn’t even had to begin with. They also asked me at the door did I want vegetables own it. (Extra) I said no. Like, what even is going on?!? I watched her the whole time to make sure nothing happened. Look, I’m not a rude person. I have worked retail for 5 years now. I have had my moments as well. But this lady is 4x my age and I’m guessing she should know a thing or two how to speak and what tone to use. I’m not some guy that lives with his Mother and mooches off her. She is sick and needs care. I’m well off and have my own place with MY MONEY!!!
I don’t want her fired. I don’t want her having a write up. I know their is stressful days working with people. I know. I promise. I want her to sit down and have a talking with the owner of the franchise. Just tell her to have a better attitude. I’m a nice guy. Someone not so nice would take this a lot further. Thank you...
Read moreNEVER had a problem before but... ~ ordered 2 baconators, 2 fries, and 4 large chili's. good thing they screwed up my order and gave me 4 small chili's...
here's my question:
how can FOUR lids fail simultaneously?
it was dark, i was caught completely off guard. when i delivered my brother's food, the bag was chili-soaked and failed during the hand-off, dumping 2 chili container contents on me and between the seat and door.
i had to make a store stop.. there i noticed MY BAG also had turned that ominous tomato red color. i tried my best to prevent what happened next. unsuccessfully, though. chili from the last two containers decorated the front seat. of course, the burgers and fries were all chili-soaked. my mustang will not be a year old until july.
so, it's 30 degrees, and i'm in the y-not parking lot scooping chili out of my car with my hands. wendy's was closed by this time, which was probably in this particular crew's best interest.
i called the next day for the manager and told him what happened. he was rude, sarcastic, and very demeaning. know what he said? "we'll replace the chili."
when you read this wendy's...you owe me 2 baconators, 2 fries, 4 large chili's with suitable lids approximately attached, and $100 for...
Read moreWorkers were friendly. That is the only positive in this review. Food was good, but they never did get our order correct. We finally gave up & ate what we could of what was given to us. There were too many ghost pepper burgers handed out when we had only ordered one; we never received the other kinds of burgers we ordered - they just exchanged a ghost pepper burger for ANOTHER ghost pepper. 🤦🏽♀️There were people in our party who can't eat spicy food due to health issues. 3 people in our party got sick after drinking the Vanilla Coke from the fountain. We were sick from it before we left the restaurant. We knew for sure it was that because the drink was carried out & we were fine until sipping on that again later. Restrooms were disgusting; the worst I've ever seen in a restaurant. Toilet paper all over. Nasty toilets. Clogged drains. Floor with urine all around the toilet. The health dept would have had a field day. We won't be back to this location for quite a while & we are very disappointed that this location is one that greatly represents (or misrepresents) Pineville as it is on the main stretch for multiple summer camps that increase tourism in this area. Owners/Managers,...
