Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Pinole

I would give 0 stars if i could...i went around 3:15 pm to order a milkshake and 2 sliders with no onions okay simple..the guy who took my order and cashed me out i think his name was Kevin was very rude and unprofessional...my order total came out to $5.56 so i gave him $21.60..my change should have been $16.04 he gave me $14.01...the burgers had onions which i really didnt care i just wanted the correct change. so i go back around and he told me that i was lying about how much i gave him and had the nerve to say i owe him a a dollar! I told him his caculations was wrong since he didnt give me a recipt and plus he had to ask how much i gave him because he pressed the wrong amount into the machine... I told him he owed me twodollers and he just shut the window in my face ! Meanwhile his female co worker she was black with long braids was laughing at me ! So i just left. . i go here alot and i wont be returning ever again... I let everyone i know how unprofessional this location is...

The service here is sad. My family and I walked in and went straight to the counter. There were 2 people bagging food who looked at us, said nothing & continued doing what they were doing. When Jaylon the cashier finally made her way over, she said "Y'all ready?" We placed our order then waited for our food. We received our food & walked to the window to have a conversation. I returned to the counter to order something else, and saw Jaylon was putting food in bags. She turned to look at me, turned back around and continued doing what she was doing, walked over to the window, walked back to the food station to fix something, walked back to the window then approached the counter I was standing at and said nothing, just stared at me. I could understand if it was busy but it wasn't. The entire staff there were unapologetically uninterested in serving us. Its sad how the service industry has changed so much... I won't be returning to this...

So l don't know what's going on at this location but almost every time I come here around 10pm, the tell me they can't take my order, or they are closed for some reason they've told me 4 times it's the system, this last time I came the guy at the speaker first asked me what I wanted to order then abruptly told me he couldn't take my order this time he made it seem like the speaker or his headset didn't work, which okay but can't you take my order at the window, this makes no sense and it's Always the same guy this happened with he's seems like his in his early 20s or so he dark skinned and short, also there's a lady that also works there and she never tells me they are closed she's a really nice older lady with short white hair I have not seen her in a bit I don't know how this always happens...
