Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Pinson

I go to jacks in Pinson 6 to 8 times a month . My last 2 visits were horrible. I ordered 5 double jack meals. (Jack sauce only .)They didn't get my order right so I ask them could they fix the sandwich right and change the fries because they were cold .The manager proceded to wait on other customers while I just stood there over 25 minutes .So I asked for my money back and he just kept waiting on customers for an additional 20 minute. Other customers were shaking there heads at him in disgust he only started to give me a refund when I start to record him and explain the situation. I spent over an hour in jacks only to have to go somewhere else to get food for 6 hungry kids 😩 This past Monday August 19 I go to the drive through and order 3 orders of 3pc chicken tender combos and a double jack with fries they gave me 4 bags of cold food with the chicken tenders and fries laying in the bottom of the bags and the BBQ sauce just thrown inon top.he food tray just thrown in the bags all cold food just laying in the bags .I showed them the food how it was just tossed in the bags and not on the trays and the manager say that's the way they always do it . I said no you don't because I buy this often and I know the tenders and fries should be on the trays and hot . Plus you didn't give me the fries that goes with the burger. I handed them the food back and they put it with the other food even though it had been in my car and I actually touched the food to show them how it was laying in bag .The manager is a sorry lazy individual and they have lost this customer who was contributing at least 200 a month to them. Not sure about the day shift, but if you come here at night, it's the worst restaurant experience you can have. I come here almost every day for work, and it's almost always the same. You walk in, half the time they don't even acknowledge you, will just ignore you till they feel like dealing with you. Very slow I was picking up an online order, stood there for 10 min, and they didn't even start the order till I said something about it. It's ALWAYS a long wait even when they have ful staff and are not busy. Very rude unhappy staff. This is true for just a out every restaurant in pinson/center point. Also, here is a note for the owner, I've read reviews about the horrible management staff that go back a year, that staff is still there....so all the owner replys talking about how they will do something, they have done nothing. My food tonight was terrible. I went after 9oclock. I ordered 1 chicken finger plate and they pulled me down for 20 minutes to wait for it. When I pulled up there was only 1 car in the drive thru line and they were pulled down ahead of me. So Im not sure why it took so long. After waiting I got my food and headed home. Once I got home I tasted the food and literally spit it out. Its like they used old grease or burnt grease or both. The chicken tenders tasted refried and gross. The fries were hard and over salted. And both the fingers and fries had the same old/burnt grease after taste. The best thing about the meal was my mellow yellow when was gone quite faste due to the amount of ice they used.
