What can you say its cheap fast food with addictive sauces? Pittsboro's Tocco Bell seems to do everything right. They even seem to have less greasy food than a city over? I've been to other Taco Bells that are rather skimpy on one's order. Or at least they make there paper bags absorbent because that is the only paper napkin they gave you for your drippy food. Pittsboro's is different, it seems to have really smart, and happy to be their employees. It's a small town taco bell. I've always been the only one in the drive-thru, never felt rushed. Its conviently on the side of the road, one of those KFC/Tacco Bell together places, block away from Mcdonalds. I would love healthier options. Although on my hour commute I pass a McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, and convenient stores/ gas stations. Taco Bell offers a quick vegetarian snack and a friendly smile without leaving my car. Fast service and my order has always been right and hot fresh off the grill. Remember you can order your items Fresco style for fewer calories, or power it up. $1 freezes are my sin on hot days. I justify by telling myself its because my car has no air conditioning and my windows don't work on humid days. But really, its the adult snow cone sweet skidles strawberry or cherry syrups that taste way too good when your all hot and sweaty. They melt into a cold syrup soda. Add water and its like childhood coolaid. They are really way too sweet (at least for me) so order a cup of ice water too. Extra ice if the water bottle you brought with you is now warm from sitting in the car. Keep the to go paper bag clean, they are...
Read moreNormally, I give this place 4 or 5 stars. Yesterday, a man working the window was sloppy and uncaring. He forgot part of our order, which for me was the most important reason for stopping. We called out to him, but he turned his back to us and refused to turn around to listen to us tell him what was wrong. I called the manager or whoever answered the phone. At first she was standoffish, but later apologized. Whenever we stop there it is because it is a healthy choice when we are so rushed with other things. I understand there is a pandemic and there is a shortage of workers, but they can do better. I have seen them do better than this. This is a matter of focus and training. There has been a couple other times through the years the order was messed up, once so badly, that I lost my appetite, returned to the window and gave the person there the food back. These incidents are a matter of training, a lack where there is no focus. Like all jobs a person must focus and aim toward perfection and serve others as they would want to be served. If a person is allergic to beef and orders chicken and receives beef, there will be an ER visit. If a person orders water with their meal, it may be that the emergency stop for food had another visit regarding the reason for the order. Because they do not know always why people purchase food at a fastfood choice, the service should be consistent. Those who serve food should be more trustworthy and aimed to please. Sloppiness is never acceptable. Ouvert body language of "Go away" is not...
Read moreThe Staff here is friendly and cordial. I appreciate their kindness. The food comes out pretty good. The only issue I had was I ordered the Cheez-It wrap and not the employees fault at all but when ai but into it and tested it for the first time, my tongue immediately filled for separation from my mouth. My mouth filed an assault and battery charge to my hands, and my brain is thinking about my all my life decisions now.
It was so horrendous to me I would rather sit on a sandpaper flagpole and have it violently removed, but then that doesn't describe it well enough, so let's go diamond encrusted instead of sandpaper.
I love Cheez it's and I love their wraps. I thought wow the best of both worlds! Yeah sorely wrong.
The Cheez-It part is so dry it would make the desert jealous. The rest of the flavors of the crunchwrap do not melt with that.
It tastes like I was eating chalk with garbage container fluid all warm.........😥
I love Taco Bell and I love Cheez-It but separately is much better. Cheez-It in sandwiches now that tastes great. Crunch wraps the way Taco Bell has them taste great minus the Cheez it one.
Anyways if you want to torture your kids and punish them for cursing then by all means buy them this Cheez-It crunch wrap. It will most likely make them think twice about the words coming out of their mouth after they eat it.
Overall staff is awesome, food most of it great, price is okay getting more pricier causing me to visit less, location not bad it was clean, service speed average. Not the fastest but not...
