They really need to train these new hires better. Plus there must be a reason that they just can't keep good workers. Wether it's upper management. Or not enough workers per shift. Which is definitely putting a harder work load on the current employees. Last night 5-23-24. We stood in line for over 20 min. Just to get ice cream. Plus they had a line outside for the drive thur. I watched a few car leave out of the drive thur line. Then there was a gentleman that had a half gallon of ice cream waiting to he checked out. He stood there about 10 min. Then went and put the ice cream back. And he walked out the door. Just as a group of 3 got up from there table and went over to look at the half gallons. The man looked for someone to see if they where gonna come over. Which they didn't So he told his wife let's go. The the older guy that was with them. Starred looking , as he was interested to buy some. So as the wife stood there with the old man looking. Her husband walks back in. And if frustrated because he knows that there not gonna come over to check them out. They wait around another 5 min. On top of the 10 or 15 min there where already there. And they walk out with nothing. Then when another guy came in and wanted to be checked out. He walks over and asked to be waited on. The only young lady that was doing the inside ice cream orders. Was not pleased that she was gonna walk over and check him out. Oh I forgot to mention that they had ran out of hot fudge in there dispenser. So the just opened the package on the counter and scooped out the hard cold hot fudge and was putting it on the Sundays. Like if it was ok. Which clearly it wasn't for my father as he complained about how hard his hot fudge was on his Sunday to eat. So yes, there is a definite problem with how they are handing there employees and customers. Especially they last few months that's getting worse. They need to reevaluate how much they are putting on there employees, let along not training properly the new hires. Cause it is affecting there...
Read moreI have not eaten at a fast food or restaurant in quite awhile. I've been to this store 3times in the last 2 weeks and only ordered a simple bag of burgers. The first time the person taking order in drive thru kept cutting me off while I was ordering, asking is that all and giving total and telling me to pull forward. At the window I asked if I could get a side of mayo." She said I'll ter her". In the same breath was telling another employee "I'm supposed to be on break in 2mins " then shut the window. I got order and there wasn't a side of mayo... so I pulled in a parking spot and went in and got a side of mayo..not a problem . But when I went to eat... instead they had mayo slathered on the burgers and was warm. A few days later I decided to try again. I went back and ordered just a bag of burgers with cheese and added onions this time. But when I got home there onions but they didn't put cheese on then but charged me for them. I called and told them and they said they would make it right ( the manager was very nice about it and pleasant to talk to) told me she would replace if I came back. And took my name. Well I went back tonight told drive thru worker the situation and made order...the girl asked if I wanted cheese on them and I said "No" but I would like onions on them and a side of mayo please. .She said OK. I pulled up and waited ,the girl came out handed me bag and said "sorry about that" I said "it's ok". I really am wondering how a big order would turn out .... cause the replacement food was even wrong. I ordered them without cheese ,but for some reason they decided to put cheese on them when I specifically said no cheese.... I reminds me why I don't go eat at fast food places ... cause they don't care ... I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Kind of disappointing to say...
Read moreNo Braum's. It's the atmosphere that really gets me. The open aired dining room and the open kitchen are definite negatives. If there's an inch of space between you and the church pastor who, with his whole congregation had come to get once cream, had too much cologne on you are going to taste it. (This happened to me the last three times that I tried to order in from the crowd. They're not just all about Jesus...they're all about Polo and other colognes your eighth grade boyfriends wore to the skating rink. Lord...I'm begging you to call one of their congregation and convince them to gift Father Steve s nice spray bottle, that only administers one spray every 12 hours of Calvin Klein's Eternity, because if you're gonna preach about eternity you should be wearing Eternity. The lack of hygiene amongst the male staff is unignorable when lined up to order as well. Why won't someone deep in the life of the tall skinny assistant manager with the blonde hair that his mustache is never going to fill in and it looks like a yellow caterpillar has crawled up on his lip and died, it makes me sad that this kid has no friends because if he did one of them would have told him to shave. If you must have one of Braum's noncommittal shakes, say chocolate for instance, the best option is to drive through and not subject yourself to these downfalls. But why would you want the mediocre ice cream and fair to middlin fast food. Braum's leaves nothing to be desired and I'm super tired of their plaintive ads for staff, management and regular staff. Nobody is applying bro, they don't want to...
