Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Pittsburg

On the evening of January 1, 2020 I proceeded to visit this Pittsburg location at 10: 40 pm and there was two cars before me ordering so I reached the microphone at about 10:48 and I was greeted by an automated system that said that the store was closed which was very premature because the car before me had just ordered I tried to speak with a representative and attempted to call the store three times and got no answer and when I Approach the window and employee by the name of Fred locks the window I’m knock on the window and he tells me that they are closed I asked him what time does the store close and he said 11 o’clock I am writing this review at 11 o’clock and when I decided to speak with the manager KAT Who was not dressed in uniform was actually wearing a gray top and no apron of any sorts or hair covering ,to let her know that they were not supposed to be closed for another eight minutes she told me the policy that she was made aware of was that she was allowed to close if they had no more chicken prepared but no one offered me anything or took my phone call. I was informed at the window that I can order mild chicken after i pointed this issue out to the staff . this is very unprofessional and I will be speaking to the general manager...

I work for doordash I had to go there last night drive thru was the only thing open I got in line about where the door you go in are it took over 35 minutes to get to the front window I have 2 orders now there both are late and that goes against me for being late I saw the employee walk a order over to the gas station then came back I didn't know at the time that he was the one doing the drive thru when I got to the window I looked inside and I said our you the only one working and he said there is 1 other guy really popeyes only 2 employee working on a friday night you need at least 3 you are making enough money and you would make more if you did. the only reason people put up with it is because your food is good but that should not be the reason not to have enough workers I will not do doordash again if the line is that long and waste my time I will refuse the order please get your...

This place is sooooo slow. The wait is ridiculously long. The young lady seemed like she didn't like people or her job. No smiles, no thank you. Young people should be told to be friendly as part of rules to be in the front cashier position. Everybody in line were looking at each other wondering why or what is taking so long to order food. I asked somebody on line if this sort of wait time was normal I was told it was. I was visiting my boyfriend's house and wanted to stop there for a quick bite to eat. I asked him to is that normal for them to be that slow or rude he said they're always like that. Not sure what's up with this place as far as customer service. But the food was really hot and tastes really good. So they definitely know how to cook chicken plus the sides. No complaints there. They just need better and more friendly people at the front of...
