McDonald's — Restaurant in Pittsburg

I've been noticing lately on the late night shift that it's gotten so petty with evil people in this world doing petty acts and this is another example of just that! You have to literally count your chicken nuggets when you order them especially when ordering after the dinning area is closed and especially when ordering a 20pc chicken nuggets as I've been shorted more than 3xs it's getting to be extremely irritating and I feel cheated out my hard earned money I decide to spend at your McDonald's when I can easily take my money to any other fast food franchise, but I stay faithful to your 20pc. Chicken nuggets w/ 2 hotcake syrups and a LG sweet tea w/ no ice and to be shorted on how many nuggets is just low and the worker who keeps repeating this has some major anger issues wether it from a relationship or home issues or issues internally within self, SHOULDN'T BE TAKEN OUT ON CUSTOMER'S YOU SERVE DAILY! MANY TIMES TOO, THERE WILL BE ONE OR TWO SPICY NUGGETS IN EQUAL NUMBERS ADDED TO EACH BAG OF REGULAR NUGGETS AND THAT ALMOST COULD HAVE SENT ME TO THE HOSPITAL AS I CANNOT HAVE ANYTHING SPICY WHAT SO EVER IT CAN PUT ME IN THE HOSPITAL QUICK! 4 EXAMPLE, THERE'S UTWO BAGS EACH HAS OR SUPPOSED TO HAVE 10 REGULAR NUGGETS I ORDER NOT SPICY, SO WHEN I GET HOME ONLY TO DISCOVER ITS ONLY 8 REG NUGGETS AND 2 SPICY NUGGETS ADDED TO EACH BAG TO EQUAL 10.... NOT KOSHER!!!! OR THIS ONE IS MORE FAMOUS THAN THE MENTIONED ABOVE WHERE IM SHORTED NUGGETS LAST NIGHT I ONLY HAD 7 NUGGETS IN EACH BAG IM VERY UPSET. I DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL AS I WAS EATING AND COUNTED AS I WENT ALONG I HAD HALF OF CONTAINER OF SYRUP LEFT TOO... 10 NUGGETS USES A WHOLE CONTAINER OF SYRUP DIPPING SAUCE. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED ITS NOT LIKE I CAN GET A REFUND OR EVEN GOT IT CORRECTED AS I HAD STARTED EATING THE FOOD AND THEY MOST LIKELY WOULD ASSUME I WAS LYING TO JUST GET MORE FOOD W/O PAYING OR SOMETHING... THIS IS BURNT OUT OAKLAND OF SCANDALOUSNESS AND GRIMMEY OPPORTUNIST's waiting for the next scheme, but it's only a temporary quick fix for the moment.. I rather have something that will take you much further that feels more secure in numbers n for sure more stable than a temporary fix dealing with pocket change...

My advice... Count your nuggets if you order from here on the late night as the cook is not true to their job in...

Don't plan on this McDonald's being open during its business hours. It says online it's open until 11 (In the store I believe it said 10 pm) and yet when I arrived around 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and they were still serving another customer they said they were closed. I told the worker I just wanted a single soft-serve ice cream cone--takes about 30 seconds to make--and he said no as he handed another customer her McFlurry. Even the other customer tried to ask for him to just make the ice cream and he refused. I asked why they were closing early with no notice and he said they had special guests coming (I did some shopping, and no, that didn't happen). He said I could call cooperate if I had a complaint. That was not something I intended but after standing there a couple of minutes contemplating my options I did ask for the number--and he gave me a bogus number and insisted it was the only one he had. I asked for the manager's number and he claimed he was the manager (yet had no name tag or manager's badge). I asked to contact the person above him and he said he couldn't give out that number. Terrible customer service, I ended up having to drive across town to buy my daughter the ice cream...

Customer service at this McDonalds sucks the manager has an attitude and so this the staff every time you order something they charge you extra and you never get it they need to be retrained again. McDonald's is supposed to be a a fun place and it's a knot you supposed to get your food and have fun there and enjoy your time there every time I go there they never get my order right I always ask for extra ice in my drink and never get it.
