During my lunch visit today, everything seemed to have returned to its usual standard. The food was delicious and flavorful, the containers were well-maintained, and the dishes were served at optimal temperature. Plus, the Nam was freshly prepared.
This is a very sad review :( , I love the place, generally speaking is good in buffet and customer service and I making this review hoping that they will improve,
There are 3 Hostess, Maria and One Male Host who loves movies, they're both very kind and attentive, they're both quick to bring Nam to the tables and drinks so you can enjoy all together since the beginning of your buffet.
There's one more which I don't know his name, but he's been there for the longest out of the 3, this specific host used to be in a great mood very attentive, fast with the Nam and Drinks asking if everything was ok or if I would like something else, that is not the case anymore.
Today 3.25.24 was the first time is 5 years dining here, I had to stand from the table and tell the host that I'm sorry but the food is as BAD as it can be from the buffet, the Tikka Masala was cold left overs, the bowl that hold the food was broken open, so the food is exposed to any fly and cold, the Curry Fish was cold, all the sauce around the fish has become cold greasy layer, The Tandoori Chicken look like bad home fired chicken.
I couldn't even entertain the idea of eating, I stand up and went to the counter and apologize to the the host and I even told him that If I have to pay, I will, but the food was cold and soggy left overs.
He said not worries it's ok, he went to check the food burners and told me that the temperature was right, I was already running out of time for my lunch, so I don't have time or will for pointless discussion when the food in my plate is cold and soggy left overs and leave to buy anything else around.
I just hope they get things back to normal so I can keep on coming to the buffet, I even recommended this place to all my co-workers, and they become clients because I told them how good the service and...

I ordered takeout from Mehran using their chosen delivery partner GURHUB. I waited for food to arrive for 1.5 hrs and nothing happened. After 1.5 hrs I get a call from Mehran staff about my order. The lady on the phone rudely informed me that restaurant is closing in 5 min and that “my delivery person” is not there and I need to call grubhub and figure it out. Also proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t be using Grubhub next time if I want food from there and to use another vendor. This was highly unprofessional. I used THEIR PREFERRED CHOSEN DELIVERY PARNER NOT MY PERSONAL PICK UP SERVICE. If your delivery partners aren’t providing you satisfactory service then terminate them or speak to them about your issues. Read moreUpdate: Over the past months I’ve became a regular.. Food availability is a matter of timing and chance. When it’s good, it’s very good. Service has also improved much. Upgrading to 4 of 5 stars.
Update: Reducing score from 3 to 1. Arrived just before 1 PM. A party of 6. The buffet is empty of all the chicken/ meat dishes. See new photos attached. This has been happening recently. It is getting worse.
Update: Reducing score from 5 to 3. I returned a number of times since leaving the review below. Service can be improved. It is lacking: one person do-it-all does not work. Long wait for food (buffet empties quickly), naan and drinks and anything to that effect requires a long wait. Bathrooms are clean but have fixtures which are broken and inoperable. It is disappointing to return again and again and notice more of the details which are not positive.
Lunch buffet was excellent. Chicken tikka Masala and naan were the highlights. Service was good...
