Taqueria Alegria — Restaurant in Pittsburg

I’ve eaten hear several times. Many reviews said they’ve gotten terrible service. This review is about the one that is in front of Home Depot in Pittsburg. Each time I’ve been here the service has been good and I have gotten the food quickly.

Today I got the super burrito with chicken. It was so good. The chicken is grilled not shredded and it tasted really good. The super burrito includes sour cream and guacamole. I had to open mine up because the bottom was unraveling so I had to reroll it. But it gave me a chance to take a picture of the inside!

The other times I’ve been here I’ve gotten the Mulita. I have never had one of those or heard of these before I came here. I was blown away by how good it was that’s why I haven’t tried anything else until today. I figured it’s time for me to try...

I absolutely love these people, and have eater here regularly for a couple years, but in a moment that I'm having trouble reconciling, I stood in front of the order window for 10 minutes (as well as wandering over to the pickup window) in an attempt to order, and the woman working the window never once looked up from her phone to notice that I was there. I still don't feel right giving them less than 4 stars for their history of awesome food and good service, but today at 6:30pm was an absolute WTF. I ordered asada fries and when the cashier handed them to me I opened it up to look at it there was a big hair right on top of the sour cream. I said there is hair on my food and she responded it's probably my wife's which threw me completely off.
