beware read fully through there contract before you buy or decide to put furniture on layaway ! I put a $375 deposit on a bedroom set for my son. The salesman Francisco told me he would have my furniture delivered on the 10th of this month! Anyhow I got a call from a young lady on the 3rd of the month and she left a voicemail saying your furniture going to arrive in two days! So I came in a day before my scheduled delivery with the cash in hand . I told the guy I want my furniture delivered today and I have the money. He said no it's not here it's in San Jose California and we cant deliver today or on the 10th but maybe sometime this week! Omg ! Mind you I promise my lil son I would have his new bedroom set delivered on the 10th. So I was upset that I was lied to and that my bedroom set wasn't there like I was told !!! So I went and found him one at a different store who could deliver the bedroom set that same day like I promise him! So I came back that day and asked the man could I put the credit towards something else the sells man said ok but then told me to deal with the original guy Francisco tomorrow and I said ok. Tomorrow comes and I get a call from the young lady who originally left me that voicemail about coming in before my delivery date to pay for faster delivery who lied !!! Lmao she Saids to me i herd you want to cancel I said no I just want to get something else because I already had to buy from another store because I was lied to about my delivery date ! Then she said well if you cancel you lose most of your deposit and we will refund you $42 I said what omg ! Are you serious! She said all sales are final ! And she goes on to say you should of read the contract!! But I said I want to get something else anyhow I am not asking for refund! She say no not possible you have to buy what we ordered you! Wow I never in my life had this happen to me about switching to different furniture ! Ever ! They must be hurting for cash to cause bad blood over a $1400 kid bedroom...

Maybe they give deals to certain people but that furniture store is over price it is not budget friendly I'll give you an example, on Wayfair I purchased an eight seat 100% wood table that 's 72 inches for $700 they had a six seat fake plastic wood table for $1600. They also had one of those cheap sectionals for $1200 that's usually cost $599. They has a square glass coffee table for $1300 which honest should have been $300. When I asked the guy who works there named Francisco, "what kind of deals do you all have? And he said "we don't have deals, the most I can give you is just take off the taxes" and I said, "For all of these items that are overpriced?" I said "You guys have a plastic wood table in the front of store that cost $1600" he looked at me and said "bye ma'am have a nice day and walked off" and I left. They probably give discounts to Hispanics because it is a Hispanic furniture store but I just can't see all these people saying that the stores budget friendly and I'm a human resource manager that makes six figures and when I went in the store the store was overpriced and anyone who shops in his shop for furniture no the Best Friends The store is overpriced and the items aren't high end items so maybe they give discounts for certain ethnicity groups. I won't be going...

Went went in looking for a loveseat and decorative chair after about five minutes I was approached by Francisco. He showed me around the store and was polite at first and then he took me back to clearly the clearance section so after looking around I made my mind up on a on a loveseat that I wanted. So I called for him and he told me to hold on as he walked away for a good minute (That was my first clue to leave) he comes back with a calculator and told me that it had to be delivered. I wanted something to take home that day so he guided me back to the clearance section again and told me that he can do something with the couch in the back. I said okay no problem so he tells me the price is $600. That is the same price for all of the love seats on the floor I know for sure that that section was the clearance section because everything else back there had a marked clearance tag on it. This place is an absolute rip-off and I'm glad I cancelled while I was sitting there I will never go back to that furniture store again very rude customer service all they want is your money......
