Todo Loco Mexican Antojitos — Restaurant in Pittsburg

I really wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and form my own opinion on it instead of listening to the reviews. But I was disappointed to say the least. I ordered a shaved ice with vanilla flavoring but I’m not even sure what they used. I understand everyone makes things differently but the vanilla flavoring didn’t even taste like vanilla. It had little to no flavor w a slight sour taste. It almost tasted like they used the bionico cream for the flavoring. The fruit and cream for the bionico I ordered were room temperature and it just felt like they weren’t stored properly. Now this had me in utter shock and I really hope I was seeing things wrong. The granola used for the bionico seemed to have been stored on the shelf under the workbench next to cleaning supplies. I really hope I was seeing things wrong but from where I was standing, it looked like they were stored together. I LOVEEE this place, the customer service is really good they help out with recommending item on the menu if you seem a little confused with what to order. Everything on the menu is hella good!!! but some honorable mentions are the fruity pebble shake, flamin hot esquite, and of course the mangonada are by far my favorites. They make the perfect thickness for the shakes and its not crazely sweet either. Then the esquite well who can go wrong with an esquite like its perfect!!!! The mangonada it doesn't have to much chamoy or too little and all topping that is comes with like the fresh mango literally just upgrades to a 15/10 and everything is really not expensive compared to other antojitos. I could not rececommed this spot even more!!!! And plus its a women and Mexican owned business!!!...

I was very happy for what I received from this business. I ordered fruit cups so the owner contacted me to give me a choice on the fruit. The fruit was delivered in a cooler and then transferred to my own. I didn't want the fruit out since it has been hot. Each cup was filled with small pieces of fresh ripe fruit. A small Tajin bottle was given to me in case my guests wanted some on their fruit. It really was a deal for me. Anytime a kid or parent wanted something fresh to munch on during the party, we had ready made fresh cups ready to go. I'm thinking our next party we might just do all antijitos to switch it up.
