My order was taken by a male employee at the drive thru window on Sunday evening after 8pm, July 28, 2019. I ordered several items, including a cup of coffee. After I completed my order, he asked if I wanted some water with my order and I heard his coworkers laughing as he waited for my response. I told him no I didn't ask for or want any water and proceeded to the window to pay and receive my food. When I get to the window, I see the employees peeking from behind the prep area at the drive thru window at me. The female employee at the window looked at me and walked away laughing to the prep area with her coworkers until she could get herself together. When she returned, her demeanor was very offputting and she lacked professionalism and good customer service skills. I checked my order and discovered an item was missing. I told her about the missing item. She brought it to me and was very indifferent about it. I don't know why these employees were making me the butt of some inside joke, but it was rude and not appreciated in any way. This happened at the Jack in the Box in Pittsburg, Ca at the Loveridge exit off Hwy 4. This was not my first interaction with the female employee, but the first time I was subjected to the sophomoric behavior there. Whomever owns/runs this restaurant should be aware of the employees behavior and either train/retrain on customer service and expectations of how customers are to be treated because that is what the employees are being paid for. Read moreIve been coming here for years they mess up you're order 1/5. It's the closest one to the house. I finally had to make a review after today. Customer service sucks! We went for my pregnant wife's cravings. We got some tacos and 2 orders of curly fries. We got home and realized they didnt give us our fries. I went back. The young lady that usually helps me and took my order apologized. She said she would give me something for the inconvenience. Once I reached the window I seen the "unfortunately" the older Latin lady arguing with the young lady. She took the bag from her and gave me my bag with a ugly look. I explained what happened, she told me it's not her problem I wasted my gas. She looked at me ugly as i continued to try to explain myself. I told her im sorry and "You're a terrible worker" before she shut the window on me. I'm honestly taking this to corporate. I ended up getting my soggy fries. I live in Fairfield and was told to return in the morning to get a refund. No consideration was taken for what it would cost for me to do that, let alone the inconvenience! Staff had no ability or willingness to provide an equitable solution. Staff refused to provide their name, store, and corporate number in written form upon request. Staff was unable to furnish original receipt. The police had to come out and resolve the situation, due to the staff's inability and unwillingness to provide anything that I requested. I will be reporting this establishment to corporate, yelp, and all other avenues to spread the word regarding their deplorable service and my traumatic experience.
