Upon first arriving at the Wendy's in Pittsburg Kansas there was a line of vehicles wrapped around the building so I went inside to order thinking it may be quicker. I couldn't have been more wrong. when I walked inside there were two other people in front of me we all stood there for a good 5 minutes before I finally realized no one had been helped and no one was coming up front. Only after I spoke up to the employees behind the counter who were trying to stay out of view of the front did someone finally come up. And they were all laughing while she walked up like it was a joke to see how long they could make us wait or something. Then after I finally got to place my order which I was very specific about because I was reading it directly from a text message. After realizing they messed a sandwich. I told the first employee I could grab the attention of that I needed a sandwich remade. Her name was Abby (The manager) she did not identify herself as the manager she simply tried to pass the buck on to someone else. Well that someone else was the woman who was in charge of making the sandwiches and she started to argue that she made it correctly and didn't do anything wrong. Not sure why she felt the need to argue about it but I did offer to show her the incorrectly made sandwich as well. I then asked who the manager was and only then did Abby identify that she was in fact the manager. After asking if there was some sort of problem with remaking it she looked very annoyed and said no I will make it right now. After making the sandwich and bringing it to me I informed her of how displeased I was with the whole experience and why and that I would most likely be running this up the ladder she turned to the employee that took my order originally and said "if I get in trouble you're fired" or something to that effect because I didn't catch the very end part but the employee exited the door from the kitchen to the lobby and went straight to the bathroom with tears in her eyes. Read moreI am beyond appalled by the experience we just had at Wendy’s. We ordered a kids’ chicken nugget meal, and to our absolute horror, one of the nuggets very clearly had a bite taken out of it. Let me repeat that—a bite had already been taken out of a nugget that was handed to us in a sealed kids’ meal! How does something like this even happen? It’s not only disgusting but entirely unsafe and unethical.
To make matters worse, the fries that came with the meal were cold, stale, and obviously had been sitting out for far too long. It’s infuriating to see such a lack of care for quality and safety at an establishment we should be able to trust to provide fresh, untouched food.
I cannot overstate how disappointed we are. This was not just poor quality—it was outright negligence. Giving customers food that someone else has eaten off of is a serious health and safety issue. We will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this Wendy’s. Absolutely...

People in Kansas in sucha Hurry all the time and you Don't even Realize How Good ya got it.. The Food at Wendys here is GOOD! Everybody was KIND to Us, and spoke good English, and we got Exactly what we ordered.. the Fries Fresh Everything...
Try Eating in Florida and you might order Chicken and get Fish!! or Mississippi where they see you comin & Lock the Door in your Face!!
