Arby's — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I would rather not share the experience I had at this location. The people are good people they made an honest mistake that turned me off to eating the food, but the refund policy is bullcrap. This experience happpened 1 month ago, I had called and filed a complaint with their corporate office the day after, and did not hear back. So i decided to call again 2 weeks ago and let them know that I still have not heard back. Here we are today 3 days short of 1 month from the incident and I still have yet to receive a phone call or a refund for the food I returned the exact way I received it. I will not let this issue go, had it been resolved the proper way I would not have wrote this review. I would encourage everyone that reads this to go to wendys or McDonalds near by.

update- It is now May 23, 2019 this incident occured on March 19, 2019. As of this morning I still have heard nothing from the prior two calls to corporate that I had made. I decided to call again and I talked to another person that said I would hear back shortly. By 3 pm I heard from a supervisor that was going to credit my card for the $7.17. 2 Months + to...

This location doesn’t seem to have any decent employees who take any pride in anything that they do. I came at 11:30am on a Tuesday. I ordered chicken tenders and fries, both came out ice cold and had definitely been sitting for at least a half hour. When you look over at their fry station you see a huge pile of chicken tenders, they must fry them up in huge batches all at once and then just serve the same ones until they are out. I told them that the food was ice cold and that I needed a fresh batch, which they obliged but then they just kept serving the rest of the cold tenders to other customers. Also all of the ketchup/honey mustard and other condiments were completely empty. I told the cashier this and despite her literally sitting there doing nothing she still opted to give me ketchup packets instead of changing out the bags like she’s supposed to. The Arby's on Noblestown Road has really good customer service. I am always impressed with the friendliness of the staff, and their desire to get things right. The speed of the service can sometimes use some improvement, but overall it's almost always an excellent experience.

As far as the food goes, if you've been to another Arby's, then you know what this food is like. The food here is fresh and hot, and there is rarely a mistake with an order. If there is, they always make it right. Of I had my druthers, there would be more of a drink selection. The pop is Pepsi products, so you have the standard pepsi, diet pepsi, Lipton brisk tea, Sierra mist, and mug root beer. I guess that's enough for most people, but I'd like more options.

As with many fast food joints nowadays, I'd recommend coupons be used whenever possible, as straight menu prices are getting up there.
