Cafe Cravings Gourmet Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

We went in this morning and not a soul was in front of us. We ordered our stuff and then a whole rush started (5 mins after we got there) they were quick on the food but completely forgot our drinks. When I said something (20 mins later after 9 people who were behind us received theirs) she looked at me and said oh yeah and repeated our drinks (an iced coffee and latte) I let her know we were here first and everyone has their orders. I also said this pretty nicely. She then got our drinks (pretty sure she forgot my extra shot) and called them out leaving them on the counter (everyone else had theirs delivered to where they were sitting. I said thank you and she completely ignored me and didn’t say a word. I love this cafe and we honestly never mind the wait. As someone who goes out of their way to try every coffee/breakfast shop I can, Cafe Cravings quickly became my favorite and regular morning trip over these past few years. Although slightly short-staffed, as most businesses are since Covid, it is well worth the wait. The coffee and breakfast sandwiches are spectacular, and the lunch menu is a hidden gem. The place is dog friendly, and all the workers are friendly, personable, and provide a fun and positive atmosphere. I would not recommend. We went to Cafe Cravings 4 weeks ago waited for 45 mins only to get cold food which wasn't even what we ordered. They offered to make it again but it would be another 15mins. I was very disappointed. I have been going to Cafe Cravings for many years the food was great as was the service. I decided to try it again today hoping they just had a bad day. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches they both were served cold and one of the sandwiches wasn't what we ordered when we tried to let the young lady know she was rude and too busy chatting with her friend to bother to make it right.
