I went back to complain about an issue with my food. I talked to the cashier (who was lovely, just stretched too far,) and she didn't know what to do and the manager wasn't there. So I was writing a complaint down for the manager to call me back about and he walked in the shop. I asked the manager if he could right the wrong. He said he couldn't, that things just happen like that (my blizzard wasn't properly mixed,) and that I shouldn't eat there if I didn't like it. I also saw him roll his eyes at a customer who was taking a long time to order AND make a "hurry up" hand gesture with another customer when asking for a name for his order. Totally unprofessional and just all around not a nice person. She began slamming cups on the counter, calling us names under her breath, and still didn't wear the mask over her nose. Our blizzards were not made correctly. They were half melted, had almost no filling, and the outside of the cups had icecream dripped all over them. We brought up that our blizzards were not made right and she started complaining.
