Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is charming, with a blend of modern and rustic elements that create a warm and inviting environment. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in.
The menu offers a delightful array of options, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. I opted for the house special, the herb-crusted salmon, while my companion chose the vegetarian pasta. Both dishes were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were well-balanced, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity.
In addition to the wonderful food, the service was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. The timing between courses was perfect, allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace.
Overall, my experience at Cafe Du Jour was exceptional. It's a perfect spot for a casual lunch or a special dinner. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great...
Read moreWe are so fortunate to have stumbled across Cafe Du Jour. We were looking for bacon wrapped dates and in our search found they had dates with chorizo. Let me tell you the dates were amazing! The chorizo with a touch of spice and the sweetness of the dates were an amazing pair. We met a couple that comes here every Friday. He gets the pork chop every time and recommended the Smoked North African-spiced pork chop. Hands down the best pork chop I have ever had. Cooked to perfection and spiced just right with sweet potato on the side. We also ordered the Chicken Thigh Confit the combination of berry compote and goat cheese screamed flavor. Just when we thought we couldn’t eat another bite the owner offered us a raspberry bread pudding made with croissants that sent your tastebuds in orbit. Now as amazing as the food was the service and hospitality of the owner and chef were even more amazing. This will be a regular place to dine for us from now on. Please...

I also had the Oaxacan spiced chili con carne, and it was hot but complex and absolutely scrumptious. My wife had the cauliflower steak, and it was equally complex but nowhere near as spicy :-) She also had s green salad.
All in all, the food was top quality, reasonably priced, and beautifully prepared. The service was efficient and friendly, and these customers are...
