My husband and I are having our first baby. We had our friend call in and order us a small gender reveal cake that would be just for the two of us. We thought this would be a fun a special way to find out the gender of our first baby.

The morning we were supposed to pick up the cake, my husband missed a call from the bakery and they left a voicemail. He listened to the voicemail to make sure the order was okay and ready to be picked up later that day. In the voice mail, the employee asked if we "wanted blue or pink icing in the middle of the cake" to show what gender the baby would be. The employee continues by saying if he doesn't hear back, he "will proceed with putting blue icing in the cake". Literally telling us what gender the baby will be!

All that to say, in that one voicemail, the employee told us we would be having a boy, because of the blue icing, and ruined the surprise for us. My husband was upset that we didn't find out together because of this too. We were very disappointed to find out over a voicemail from the bakery who was supposed to deliver the surprise.

We called the bakery back to tell them what had happened, and a different person answered the phone from the person that left the voicemail. I explained that one of their employees called us and told us the gender of the cake by saying they will "proceed with the blue icing". I told her we no longer wanted the cake because there was nothing left to reveal. She asked whos name the order was under and that they would cancel the order. No apology or anything!

We are both thrilled we are having a baby but very disappointed that the bakery called and ruined the surprise.

We stop in this bakery about once a month to pick up a little treat, but after this big mistake, the poor customer service, and lack of any empathy or apology, we will not...

If you’re ever looking for a spot that effortlessly blends comfort, quality, and pure indulgence, look no further than this bakery. From the moment I walked in, the warm aroma of fresh-baked goods and brewed coffee hit me like a welcome hug. The ambiance is cozy without trying too hard — just the kind of place you want to sit in for a while, whether you’re catching up on work, meeting a friend, or simply treating yourself.

Now, let me talk about the coffee — hands down, the best I’ve ever had. That’s not an exaggeration. I’ve had my fair share of fancy brews, but nothing compares to the smooth, rich, and balanced flavor this place serves. It had depth without bitterness, and the finish was so clean it made me pause after the first sip just to appreciate it. You can tell they take their beans seriously and know exactly how to brew them to perfection.

And then… the donuts. Wow. Each one tasted like it had just been made minutes before. Light and fluffy inside, with just the right amount of golden crispness on the outside. Whether you go for the classic glazed, the filled, or the more adventurous flavors, every bite tastes intentional and crafted. You won’t find anything overly processed or stale here — just real, fresh donuts that remind you why they became such a beloved treat in the first place.

You can tell the people behind the counter care. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and there’s a genuine pride in what they serve.

This bakery is a gem — the kind of place you’ll want to keep coming back to and tell everyone you know about. If you’re anywhere nearby, do yourself a favor and stop in. Your taste buds...

I bought several different item. I got the chocolate gob. Delicious but messy. The creme oozes out when you bite into it but it was so good so make sure not to let the creme fall on the floor and lick it off your fingers. This is a big gob with a very chocolaty taste.

I got the Blondie with cream cheese icing sprinkled with mini chocolate and white chocolate chips. Wonderful! Like I died and went to heaven!

Their cookies were fantastic. I especially loved the peanut butter cookies. Very tasty! The toffee chocolate chip cookies were great. The plain old chocolate chip cookies were my least favorite. They were dry and crumbly.

My last purchase was a mixed berry pie. It was small. I also did not find many berries in it. The filling was like canned pie filling minus the fruit. I found a couple of cherries and blueberries but that was all the fruit. The crust was flaky and tasted wonderful. I would not recommend the mixed berry pie. This is why I gave a four. Everything else was great and if fresh fruit was used in the pie then this trip would...

Best bakery! The gentleman that waited on me was so nice! After I paid he even rushed out to give our pups a cookie which was so nice of him! We got the cinnamon roll, Buckeyes, fruit bar (apple) and cannoli and they were all fantastic. Very hard to choose from the amazing variety. Had everything from cookies, cakes, pies, donuts, pastries, and more! They do have gluten free options as well. We walked there but there is free street parking. Dogs are welcome inside 🐾

Let me start by saying we were visiting from out of town. We were walk back to the house we rented for the night and saw this bakery. Looking for a sweet we decided to stop in. Immediately we were greeted by a friendly gentleman by the counter. We asked for his recommendation on what to get and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Brownies and cookies are great! I would highly recommend that you stop by if you have a chance. You won't regret it!
