Patrick T. Fagan Overlook — Local services in Pittsburgh

Extremely slow service + inefficient bartender. I'd say the place was understaffed... but it wasn't terribly busy when we arrived on a Friday evening. It felt more like one of those places where no one loves working at, and that misery shows in the poor service and sad faces.

Also- looked like one single cook in the kitchen doing everything 😮 no wonder wait times are bad.

We waited forever for one small plate of pierogies. Very good little dumplings, but 4 of them for $10 isn't very generous (next time I'll go to S&D deli and get 12 for $14.99).

I would have ordered a second serving here, but service was so painfully slow that we gave up after 1 drink and 1 food item.

Cannot and will not recommend. Maybe come on a Monday or Tuesday for...

This overlook provides a great view of the city below! It’s a very close walk to the Monongahela Incline, if you take that up to the top of Mt Washington. We came on a beautiful, sunny and hot day, so all the views were great with no clouds. The whole area up there is nice and worth walking to check out the city below as well.
