Hook Fish & Chicken - Northside — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Don't get Hooks very often but when I do, it always slaps. Maybe a little overboard on the "crack" powder seasoning sometimes, but I'm not complaining. If you like the powder, you can always ask for a little container of it and it'll last for 5-10 meals depending on how much you use at a time. Chicken is cooked/fried perfectly, not too tough, and not too soft. The fish is also cooked perfectly before I forget. The fries come out a golden brown 9/10 and have a perfect texture. The amount you are served in a meal fills up the styrofoam container to the point of needing a rubber band. Sometimes the containers are moist when you open the lid, so fair warning for y'all who don't like liquid they can't see on them, but it doesn't kill the taste of the food at all. Well let's say it all began with a wrong order being delivered. Then I was told to just eat the food that I received. First off no if I wanted seafood I would have ordered it, second of all I'm allergic to shrimp. Now after paying doordash to deliver my food and recieving the wrong order I drive the wrong order back to the restuarant and request my food be replaced with the correct order. After haggling to get something I already paid for I was offered a substitute meal.. now this is where it gets interesting. I'm waiting 15 minutes have passed. At this point I dont want the food and I'm ready for a refund, finally my food is done and I take it and leave. I get back.to work open my box and all of my damn food is burned,. While the food was not for me, On Monday 2/26 I was doordashing and had received my offer for this restaurant right here. Upon arrival, they said someone else had picked up the order. So when I asked them if they can make it again for the customer me they said no, then pointed out another strangers car and was like it was that guy. So I asked the poor man who had only just bought beer if he had my doordash and he said no I don't even do that. So I looked at the young man working, and said it's not him. His coworker stopped and was listening to our conversation, as this kid kept telling me they couldn't make it.
