Sammy's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I have just moved over to the crafton area n i have been toldby many new neighbors ive met walking my dog ..and when i asked about local puzza sammys came up more than anyone ...no delivery .that speaks volumes . If the pizza shop doesn't deliver its usually spot on

Sammys did not disappoint i got a large mushroom pie n dozen wings the wing sauce had butter added which i love its a great way to add flavor and the hot sauce sticks to the wing better That way but you still get the heat in the end ..the pizza was awesome perfect balance of sauce n cheese ..crust was actually edible which is rsre .sauce was tasty .i could tell ingredients were fresh and not on the cheap

As a pizza snob i give 9 out of ten ill be back a thousand times staff was super...

My employer Pittsburgh Spice ordered $90 of pizza , bread sticks & hoagies for us for lunch on 9/5

Within one hour 3 of my coworkers & myself were sick. We ate the pizza & breadsticks. There was also some type of red string BAKED into the breadstick.

When my boss called to let the company know what happened & that it was making us all sick, she was not taken seriously. She was told that it wasn’t possible that people would get sick from her establishment, she was very rude, and had no concern or any type of resolve for this situation. Which is horrible customer service.

If you care about being valued as a customer& human being do not dine at this...

I ordered here at 725pm and was told the order would be ready in 25 minutes. It's curbside pickup. So I arrived about 30 minutes later and my find was not done I waited for about twenty extra minutes after I arrived for my food. The wait was way too long. If they are running behind I'd prefer to be told on the phone so I'm not waiting in the car for a long time. Other than the wait the food was decent. We got a pizza, Cajun wings and garlic parm wings. The wings were nice and crunchy which is a plus the Cajun seasoning was just ok better with the ranch dressing. The garlic parm where some of the best I've had. Over all I would try them again just hope the wait...
