Schenley Park Visitor Center — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I had planned for my bridal shower to be at this location for the spring of 2020. It is such a beautiful location and perfect size. Their team was friendly, patient, quick to answer emails, and quick to return calls. The price is very affordable, and the selection of food you can choose from was pretty extensive. Working with them was a pleasure! As with most wedding plans for anyone, however, the shower had to be canceled. Leading up to the cancelation, I was still unsure how things would go. Their team was completely understanding and allowed me to pushed the date back to an available alternative for no extra cost. They made available other alternatives such as having the event outside under a tent for no additional cost, as well. When we had to official call the shower off for safety concerns, they were understanding and patient. They provided us with a 100% refund, and I couldn't be more grateful. Booked the Schenley Park Visitors Center for a 50th anniversary party and was so pleased! Not only is the indoor space beautiful (and air conditioned!) but being able to have an outdoor space under the tent was an added bonus. Katie, the event coordinator, was a dream to work with - she was accommodating and helpful and made planning a 120-person event as low stress as possible.
