One of the guys working told his coworker to shut up multiple times right in front of me because they had some machines down or something (she was talking to me and then asked him a question). I waited 15 minutes, they offered a refund or I could wait for the fix to get my drink. I said I'd be here waiting and gestured at the room, but I had to jump on a call, so I couldn't get up to get my drink for 90minutes. I stared longingly at it on the bar (I should have asked if they'd be cool bringing it to me).
Anyway, they remade it for me 2 hours later which was nice. But the guy telling his coworker to shut up was crazy! That was awful to watch and I feel bad for her. I was a barista for 9 years and would have quit on the spot if that happened. Hugely complex 3 star review for me.
