I feel like this picture doesn't do the food justice, but man, just let me explain... The sauce is to die for. Nice and Tangy. The turkey ribs I had are unlike any ribs I've had before. Some people may even say " I didn't know a turkey had ribs?!" They do...and they happen to be incredibly delicious. Very flat bone with plenty of fall-off-the-bone meat. The sauce just makes it 10,000x better. Wish I could buy it separately. They have a bunch of traditional sides but I got cornbread, mac & cheese and collard greens. All the sides were fantastic, but the greens really stood out. No pork in any of their products, since I know some people find that real important to mention. All the employees were really kind and helpful. Nice sit down area outside if it's a nice day and you choose to eat there. If you're looking for a nice BBQ spot, hit this place up ASAP. All together my meal came up to around $18, which is just pricey enough for me to not purchase this meal EVERY SINGLE DAY of the rest of my life. I really love ribs and greens. 😁 Hope you read this, visit here, and enjoy it as much as I did.

I asked Google for the highest rated place near my location, and it spit out Showcase BBQ. The ribs were great. They fell off the bone and the sauce wasn't spicy. Google said dine-in seating. This turned out to be two high-top tables. We chose to eat outside at a picnic table. This came complete with spotted lantern flies and little bugs we called no-seeums growing up. The ribs were great. A half rack came with six rib bones, large and meaty. If I had to do it again, I would have ordered three, because that is when I got full. I had hoped to order red beans and rice, but we were there near the end of the day and they were sold out. I got the Mac and cheese instead. It was ok, but had way more cheddar cheese then I like - of you like cheddar cheese it would have been wonderful. I also got the baked beans with meat which were quite good, but deceptively spicy - you are one forkful and it didn't seem spicy at all. Eat several in a row, and by the fourth it caught up to you. Price was quite reasonable - half rack was $17. I've paid more for less.

Showcase BBQ is awesome! We recently moved nearby and stopped for dinner last night after driving past the grills & smokers several times. There is no inside seating, mostly takeout/outdoor seating. It’s very hot inside as they only have fans, but the staff were super friendly and very efficient—we were out the door with our food (after waiting in line!) within 20 minutes. It was clear how well they knew their regulars, and I’m in awe that they were able to be so upbeat & kind even with how hot and humid it was! We ordered the Chicken & Ribs dinner that comes with 4 ribs and 6 wings, but ended up receiving 5 ribs and 9 wings (to our delight!). Will definitely be coming back for the mac & cheese and potato salad as well. I would recommend coming in person to order rather than calling/ordering online, it’s very quick anyways!

All I can say is wow. And I see why so many people have bad reviews on their customer service.

The food is good, but the service is disrespectful & that’s enough to make me never patronize this business again.

I walked in, looked at the menu, decided what I wanted, then walked up to the counter to order. Before I even ordered I asked did the wings come with sauce. The woman who was answering the phone said, “no they’re just grilled”. I said “ok cool, I’ll just order the 12 for $15”

I was telling the woman who was packing the food my order & she rudely said, “hold on!”. I said, “ok I’m sorry”.

She then asked me if I wanted sauce on the side for the wings……the same wings they said didn’t come with sauce. I said, “yes on the side please”.

She then asked me what dinner was I ordering. I wasn’t sure what she was referring to because I didn’t order a dinner. Just the wings, sandwich, & sides. So I thought she was referring to the sides. I started naming the sides off & she snapped, “no the dinner!”. I replied, “oh ok I didn’t order a dinner”. And then she said, “ok well I mean the meats…I haven’t gotten to the sides yet”. I just said, “ok”.

When it came time to check out, I noticed that she rang me up for a 12 piece dinner for $23, not the 12 wings for $15. So I asked her were the wings not 12 for $15. She again, rudely snapped back & said, “well you got sides didn’t you??”. To which I then replied, “yes, but I was getting those separate”. She then said, “ok fine if you don’t want to save money that’s fine & started to change it”…..I stood in awe because I was asking a question. I wasn’t rude. I didn’t have an attitude. Nothing. I then said, “well if you would have explained to me & said that it was cheaper to get the wing dinner with the sides included, I wouldn’t have minded that. But you didn’t explain, you just added it. So I was asking for clarification”.

She completely ignored me. Didn’t say anything else other than my total. I paid, she handed me my order.

She then said, “thank you have a great day” I responded the same.

I can fully understand why so many people stated that the customer service was bad or that they had a bad experience. Because I experienced it too. & it wasn’t appreciated at all. Especially because I was spending MY money to support...

Haven't had Showcase for several years and I expected to be 🔥. I was let down.☹️

Had the dozen wings and two sides. Asked for the hottest sauce available too. The whole meal was rushed and was around 6:15pm so I'm sure that this was the last batch of food for the day. The chicken was a little too pink for my liking near the bone and knuckle, like it was pulled too early from the grill so it wouldn't dry out but the chicken needed just a few more minutes and I wasn't mad about it. They just need to be more careful in that process. No big deal, just will take home to finish in air fryer. Order Mac/ 🧀 and potato salad for the sides. Mac/ 🧀 was rushed but it was cheesy. Couldn't tell if it was baked though cause there wasn't no sign that it was. The mustard potato salad had much flavor but it was smooth and no potato texture whatsoever. No hunks of potatoes could NOT be found anywhere. They did give me a large side of greens on the house and I truly can say that they were cooked to perfection. Still had a bite to them and they used smoked turkey. The greens were absolutely incredible. I tried some of my brother's brisket and it was incredibly tender. Should've got that instead of the chicken. Will order that my next visit for sure.

I would rate the chicken higher but it was a little too early for it to be pulled off the fire. Mac/🧀 and potato salad was rushly made for the dinner hour and it lacked but wasn't the end of the world. My rating stands and I will try them again, sometime during the lunch rush hours.

Service was top tier and I especially liked the young dark skinned sista 😍. The thicker sister with braids was cool as heck and they BOTH had excellent attitudes. Will be back sooner for HOPEFULLY a better review on the foodz...

As we waited in line, the person before me ordered (you stand in line, place your order where workers fill to go containers with your order, you pay and you're on your way although there is seating outside). The worker, without a word left behind the counter to grab more containers (there were still more containers where she could've finished the customer's order first) leaving at least me, so I'm sure the person she was waiting on, questioning what was happening. As that was going on, although I was next in line, another worker behind the counter took the order of the customer after me. I eventually had my order placed and checked out fine. I had a pulled pork sandwich, Mac & cheese, red beans and rice and cornbread. All was good but the pork was very salty and the bread was 2 pieces of white Texas toast instead of a bun-type bread to be able to handle picking up the sandwich. I ate with a fork instead which worked fine. They also serve wings, brisket, ribs and other sides which looked delicious. I also have to add that while I sat outside to eat, a homeowner across the street yelled to a customer enjoying his lunch to get his legally parked van off his Street which I'm sure he didn't own. The homeowner kept his car alarm going off until the customer moved his van which he did. The homeowner then proceeded to block the street with his car so watch out for that or take...
