Starbucks — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

I visited this establishment on 12/8/21 around 10 am. Upon walking in the place it smelled of old spoiled milk. The clerk at the register heard me say it smelled of spoiled milk, and I even repeated it to make sure he heard me but he just gave me a blank stare. Once I ordered, I waited for about 10 mins, keep in mind I was not in a rush by any means. As I watched the bistro clear out I noticed my name had not been called. As I approached the window there were mobile pick up signs but none stated in bistro pick up. So I asked the guy who was standing there if my name was called, and long behold my drink had been sitting there amongst the mobile pickups. No apologies, sorry for your wait, nothing but “here you go”. As I proceeded to leave the place, I noticed overflowing garbage can with trash on the floor. Really, this early in the day huh? Then to add insult to injury 🤣 there was no whipped cream on my drink! I had told the guy who takes orders twice that I wanted whipped cream. This is the best Starbucks out there!! I always take the extra mile to go to Banksville. Sarah the past manager “Best one.” created such an amazing store and crew.

My drinks are always made perfect, and efficient. Shout out to the crew Ally, Tori, both Liz’s, Dahee, Rob, Marshall, Hannah’s, Amanda, Michale, Blake, Levi, Jazz, and Haley.

You guys are amazing, You keep the old roots to the store there and in place. It wouldn’t be the same without you guys. Keep up the amazing work!...

I like this Starbucks. It is in a shopping center along Banksville Road, but is a quiet, well appointed space. There is one barrista who is truly enjoyable. He's always fun and friendly. All workers there focus on getting me my coffee efficiently, which is nice to see. No unnecessarily long or slow service. The space has wood finish and comfortable seating. I like the stools at the bar area when waiting for the drinks. Good place to sit and...
