Food is incredibly inconsistent for a chain. Sometimes you get crispy food and sometimes it’s soggy and awful. You kind of never know what you’re gonna get here. The fries especially have been completely different every time I’ve been here, sometimes crispy and sometimes not. The seasoning is also inconsistent. Also I’ve noticed several employees doing some questionable stuff as far as cleanliness. For instance I watched an employee drop a whole pile of fry boats on the ground and instead of throwing them away he just put them back on the counter to use. Overall, the wings and fries were cooked well, and service was fast and friendly. Minor criticism in that there isn't a trashcan set up for dining in.

More major criticism of the chain itself is that the wing sauces that I tried were neither spicy (hot) or spicy (flavorful). I had the mango habanero and atomic sauces, the former being more sweet than anything else, and the latter tasting of ghost pepper and not much else.
