This place is hit or miss when it comes to accuracy and quality. The food is usually hot, customer service is satisfactory although this last visit was not a good one. I waited at the speaker for about 3 minutes until someone finally spoke to me and didn't apologize for the wait. My food wasn't wrapped closed nor thoroughly heated. I paid, was given no eye contact, was handed my food and was sent off without a "thank you" " have a great day" or anything. This is one of my fav fast food places due to the pizza hut express being attached. I hope things get better.

The worst service I ever had was today. I did an app order that took over an hour to get my food. I don't blame the two people working in the Freeport Rd Taco Bell instead I blame there greedy corporation hire more people. You have no problem raising price well actually pay people to work. Then not only the wait after I ate my Taco Bell it made me sick. It's clear Taco Bell does not value there customers. I would have just left but when you already paid through the app you get your stuff.

An online order at a restaurant running at maybe 5% of its capacity took over 15 minutes to make. It wasn’t apparent if anyone was running this place. They just weren’t busy enough for everyone (I counted 5) to concentrate on their jobs. Restaurant was very clean as was parking lot and surrounds. Did not visit restroom. Food was warm and correctly made, with the exception of a plastic garnish sticking out of my chalupa.

My go to Taco Bell since the mid 90's. Never had a bad experience and seems their quality control is excellent. Update I reduced the stars from 5 to 1 because this location has gotten so bad. When they had breakfast, I’d wait forever for somebody to acknowledge I was there, or they wouldn’t be open for breakfast. The last year, I’ve gone multiple times and am incredibly disappointed each time. Last time I went, nobody was ahead of me and I just got a seven layer burrito. Man, that thing was smaller than a Beefy Frito Burrito and the tortilla was so stale it was crumbling, plus I waited like 10 minutes! Thankfully there’s a Taco Bell in Shaler Plaza which is out of the way for me but I know I’ll get 100% customer satisfaction. Hopefully this location will improve but I have no plans to return unless I see no cars in the drive thru and am hungry. Update #2 Since they reopened and remodeled, I’ve been there twice for breakfast and it was excellent! Hope it continues! I will delete my old review once it’s consistent. Update #3 Do not go here if there is more than 1 car in the drive thru, I typing this while waiting in line. There was 1 car at the speaker and unfortunately once I turned in became boxed in as I saw 3 cars ahead of the one at the speaker. I pulled in at 7:08, it is now 7:27 and there are still 2 cars ahead of me. ** this place and the NWO government for destroying the economy and using a bio weapon to keep people at home collecting checks instead of working…still in line. Then the place doesn’t even apologize for the weight. How about a...

UPDATED REVIEW: Just like everyone else, sat at the drive thru for over 45 minutes, 45 MINUTES for a simple Chicken Quesadilla meal. Went here first to pickup my order before picking up another order at another restaurant. Has to call the other restaurant & notify them that I was still on my way to pickup my food from them. Nobody has been in the actual store at the counter. It's Sunday at 6 PM. I could see if they were in a HUGE rush of people or something, but nope.

OLD REVIEW: Where to start.... They have an "Old Building" or so they say. What does that mean? That means they can't take orders at night for some reason. We've gone here 4 times in the past two months and they magically claim their old building means they can't take our orders. They sometimes suggest we come back in 15 minutes, when we do it another 15 minutes before they can take orders. Talk about the biggest Taco-tease!!!! So tonight we just called ahead just to make sure they were taking orders still and got the same old building response. He then said they were people too and that there wasn't anything they could do. Then the guy hung up on us. So yeah. Don't go there at night or else the old building monster might get you too! Just go to the one on Route 8. Seems they have a new building and can take orders at night and the people there are friendly and lack that hostility that comes from an...

Actually the worst T Bell I've ever been to. It's the closest one to my house, so been several times, but definitely not coming back after my most recent experience today. On previous visits they've served poorly-made food and gotten my order incorrect, which is kind of par for the course for T Bell and they were understaffed, so I get it. This time, however, there were four employees working and we were the only two in the restaurant. Maybe one or two cars went through the drive-thru while we were there - so not understaffed this time. After ordering at the kiosk inside, my partner and I waited for ~20 minutes to get our food (after waiting 15 minutes and then asking). Once we did receive the food, the crunchwrap was probably the most pathetically-constructed crunchwrap I've ever seen, and was already floppy as if it had been made 10+ minutes prior and then sat around in back unattended (??). As we started to eat, the sadness of our food set in and was only enhanced by the less-than-clean conditions of our eating space - a hair fell out of our bag, there was a big hairball on the floor a few booths over (again, ??). Our appetites were basically destroyed by this so we left & ate somewhere else. But hey, the root...
