Newly restored restaurant but same customer service. Today I go in today at around 2:30pm and waited in line. When it was my turn the cashier looks at me (saying nothing at all), stares at an employee "behind the scenes", looks back at me and said VERBATIM "Any time you want". Ok...so I placed my order, I told her I would like 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and a large fry. I needed one sandwich the normal way and the other 1 with ONLY extra mayo. Her response? "Wha chu mean?". After I explained it to her I also requested that she make sure that they put the extra mayo on it because the past 2 visits here when I got the sandwich back to my manager there I was screamed at because there is barely any mayo at all on the sandwich. Anyway, fast forward to my food being ready. I see her look in the bag(no clue this is mine yet), play with it a bit, fold it, place it down and then say "here". She was as absolutely rude for no reason. Unless she finds my smile as a greeting offensive. And guess what! The sandwich had barely any mayo on it. It's truly amazing to see how much people could care less about doing their jobs. Bravo Wendy's on the high standards you hold your employees to. Read moreIt was a horrible experience. Sat in the Drive-Thru 45 minutes spent almost $30 and still didn't get what I ordered including hot fresh fries which are touted now as they're specialty. Don't believe the hype they were reheated old hard not crunchy just hard fries. Next time I go across the street to Arby's the Old Reliable since the pandemic. Seems with most fast food places anymore you never know what you're going to get. Not so with Arby's it seems their food is always the same whether it's a gyro or the chicken salad you know what you're getting every time. I always take it out so I don't have to deal with the inside people I didn't have a great time with them. But if you take it out your take out line there's never more than 10 or 15 minutes and the food is always fantastic with a little bit more of money you pay it's worth it. Wendy's not so much you're scratched off my list all together now. We'll miss my bacon cheeseburger but it's been a hit or miss prop for the last year anyway. Burgers aren't good for...
Read moreI have to go here for work. By that I mean it is part of my duties to pick up lunch for my boss as one of my errands of the day. The customer service here is horrible. I ask for extra stuff(it's on the receipt not on the screen because the screen never changes from a picture) and I don't get it. From extra sour cream for a baked potato to extra mayo on a hamburger. When I ask for it I get all kinds of attitude. Also, a receipt when I come back is a must. No matter where I go. This particular location fights with me about this 9/10 times. I look in the bag and no receipt. I ask for it and I am told "it's in the bag" I empty the bag infront of them to show them it's not and I get a ridiculous amount of attitude as she reprints it. It should be handed to patrons when their change/credit card is returned to them. It seems to be the same girl every time but I wont be saying her name here.
