Wendy's — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

Outrageously HORRIBLE. Came through the other night to get some food on my way home. The girl who took my order was kurt and cut me off multiple times, but whatever....there's a line so....yeah.

Upon arriving to the window, I waited quite a while until someone was able to come take my card. She put my card in the machine, then turned around to show her coworkers, all huddled together, this video on her phone.

She gave my card back and was closing the window as she did.

I waited forever for my food, it was ridiculous. The girl at the window held my food out the window and said nothing...and as I grabbed it, she was already closing the window as I was going to say thank you.

I looked through my bag and noticed I was missing a straw for my drink and a spoon fir my frosty. I also needed a receipt for budgetting purposes and whatnot. At this point, she had alreadg turned around and got her phone back out to continue watching whatever was on her phone.

She saw me still there and poked her head out saying "What do you want?" Omg. It was hard to keep my cool telling her what I needed. She got it and handed it out the same way she handed out my food, rolling her eyes while she did.

People at this Wendy's had been kurt and always cutting me off, but I mean, I'd just understand that they were busy; I've worked in food service before and sometimes it's just hard...

This person....she set the bar LOW. Absolute worst service I have EVER gotten at any fast food place I can remember. The absolute....worst. I'm disturbed that this girl gets paid more per hour than I do working with troubled children in an educational setting....

Rethink your employees, please. These people do not deserve what you're...

I am posting this as a reminder of how terrible people are. I after working a 16 hour day at work having to be back to work in less than 8 hours made the unfortunate decision to go to this place and attempt to get what they pass off as food however upon arrival at the screen the guy ask for my order I tell him 2 biggie bags junior bacon cheese he says drinks I tell him no drinks he then threats me that I must get drinks because that how it is I thought this was America but nope he then says he has to charge me more if I don't get drinks charge me more for less food wow I then say I guess I don't want nothing then and as I get ready to leave because it's obvious I'm not getting what I want just then the manager in a nasty tone says she does not appreciate me getting mean with her staff ok I said how was I rude she responded she heard the whole conversation she then informed me the her staff member was going to offer me a bottle of water I am speechless right now she the in probably the nastiest tone tells me have a good night so needless to say yeah there is no decorum here sorry for all the run-on sentences I just had to put this out there. What a...

Definitely the best local wendy's. Much better than butler st or baum blvd. They would get 5 stars if my nuggets had been a little warmer but overall good, will come back.

Edit: this Wendy's is still pretty good, but has gone downhill a bit. Every time I go it takes upwards of 15-20 mins to get food, and even more annoyingly, when I order on the app late at night they're not open, but it lets me order anyway? Like I couldn't care less if you can't stay open til one, but it's a real pain when I drive over there and they're closed when I've already paid.

Extra edit: this Wendy's has gone from decent to awful. I got nuggets the other day and they were not only old & cold, but they clearly were different than before. They were just...bad. this was around noon too, so you'd figure they'd be pretty fresh, but wow, they were bad. Go somewhere...
