THE TWO OLDER WOMEN THAT WAS WORKING TODAY 3/20/25 about 915am were not professional at all as i was getting my iced coffee and asking about calories the one lady went to the other employee (older women also) in front of me talking about she should of stayed home worried about her calories in front of the younger lady who took my card who was very nice but the 2older women were talking like i wasnt there i said you talking about me the other lady cane to window saying it none of your business what we were talking about she was telling me do something lol she said it right in front me as you both were talking crazy I said you too older women need to not be in my business and need to also be a role model for this young lady right here that is working at Wendy’s because we need more older people to be role models for these younger kids as the two older women were acting like kids talking about an customer in front of my face and they were employees of Wendy’s, not happy customer at all and my iced coffee wasn’t even made the way it was supposed to be made so I think that Wendy’s needs to start sticking with their rules and teaching their employees how to treat customers you’re supposed to treat people the way you want yours and yourself to be treated because Wendy’s would not exist like most companies if they didn’t have customers like myself and we also wouldn’t have jobs if we didn’t have customers and I do understand people have bad days because I can have a bad day but I don’t treat people like that you do not talk about people in front of their face especially if you’re a professional and yes, most people would say Wendy’s isn’t a professional job but it’s still a job I worked at Wendy’s In my coffee is horrible and the young lady did try to help. She was very very nice even after the two women acted the way they did and they even shut the window and put her hands up like talk to her hand we need to really get this together and STOP TREATING FOLKS...
Read moreThe food was delicious and made well. I arrived at 8:00 am today. As I get out of my vehicle, I notice three women standing in the doorway and outside the door smoking. I greet them and proceed to attempt to walk pass them to get inside. Because they were smoking, I was told “we not open yet” and the other two laughed. I looked at my watch and it said 8:00. I said ok and retreated back to my vehicle. I decided to go thru the drive thru and see if they were taking orders. They were! Sooo, I said ‘you guys aren’t open inside but are open through the drive thru?” The lady replies “you had 1 minute, etc…” She basically said that I arrived 1 minute early when in fact, I did not. The truth is, they were just smoking and I interrupted their smoke break. The manager (only male working at this time) was about to say yes they are open but the woman over talked him and he remained quiet. It’s upsetting when I see this type of behavior. How can you be so comfortable on your job that your hobby (smoking) comes before taking care of your customer? Maybe the manager is “cool” but please, teach these ladies what service is all about. And please, tel them don’t stand in the doorway smoking. Didn’t even go to wash their hands afterwards, because they all came to the window where I was. I ended up having to go inside...
Read moreOrdered a meal with a drink, was never asked what size drink, when I got to the window I rejected the little kiddie cup which they said was a medium and politely asked for a larger drink and i was fine with paying for the difference. ALL of the staff was super nice ESPECIALLY the manager Onna, however she advised that the store rules were that I would need to go back into the drive thru line and reorder the drink which by that time my food would be cold...so I just asked for a refund which I was given.
PSA: to the owner of this store...why in the world would you hire wonderful humans to run your store and create policies that make it difficult for them to do their best and cause your store to lose money? WHY?
I want to thank Onna for her professionalism and positive attitude even though I was completely unhappy and dissatisfied about that rule. If I had a local business I would steal that manager from you because she deserves to work for a company that appreciates her ability to provide great service despite idiotic rules she...
