The name. That name. It sets a level of expectations that are bound to disappoint. TBH I would rate it 4.5 stars, but it is closer to 5 stars than it is to 4. It is not the best tacos I have ever had in my life. I have lived in both Guadalajara and Los Ángeles and have eaten better tacos there. With that said… they are pretty darn good. The seasoning is on point. The portions are deceptively enormous. I am a tall (6’4”) heavy (270 lbs) guy and was full after one burrito. Got to try the quesadillas, the tacos and pretty much all their meats. With many taco trucks they will be one note. Here everything was uniquely seasoned and delicious. This mobile restaurant's name means "The Best". And my experience validated the name! The burritos are extra thick and extra long. The spice blends inside are robust, the outside is crispy, and each bite demands another. The lady who took my order was extremely professional and the cook went straight to work preparing a taste sensation. Were they trying to impress me?! Well it worked. It has been almost 7 hours since I ate there and I'm still not hungry! I was actually shocked at the size and weight of their product. I'm heading to the gym right now to work on my barbell curls so that when I return I'll be able to lift all the burritos I'm going to buy into the back...

As a Mexican myself this shit disappointed the hell out of me. Me and my friend got two burritos and they was both super skinny no type of girth and I found some hairs in my burrito too. The sauce wasn’t spicy, they forgot my friend’s taco, the horchata was bad. I don’t know if the trucks food started declining recently or maybe they just weren’t feeling it today but this was my first and last time at this sorry excuse of a Mexican taco truck.
