So the food tastes great they don't always have everything in stock though so other than the food tasting great it takes a while to get they don't have everything in stock most of the time they're out of steak they're very often out of different flavors of custard and other things like that The restaurant at least out in the front is not always clean In fact it's rarely clean to be honest basically I feel like they clean every night and maybe in the morning or something I don't know like I feel like they clean like once a day and then after it gets dirty they just leave it dirty until the end of the day to be fair they are understaffed and I get that and there's plenty of people needing work nowadays so there's no reason they can't hire someone else to clean for them but yeah it's just unfortunate that they're a little bit dirty and that their services really slow because they don't have enough employees and their store is dirty also I'm assuming because they don't have enough employees either that or their employees or not trained that well but you have to keep a restaurant clean that's the...
Read moreWe've tried this place 3 times, and have officially given up. We were expecting them to get better because they are a new setup but the service and food is actually getting worse.
Yesterday I placed an online order at noon with a scheduled pickup at 7:30. Showed up at 7:30 and was told verbatim "ya, maybe come back around 8:30, as you can see we are really busy". The entire place was full of people waiting for food. If my app order which was placed 6.5 hours in advance was an hour late, I can't imagine how long it would take for walk in customers.
Anyway, the burgers sucked, all of them. A tiny dab of ketchup, a tiny piece of cheese and an itsy bitsy burger so small the buns lay almost flat with each other.
Not only are the burgers bad, the customer service is the worst. The 3 times I've been there, the girl behind the register is sitting on her phone and after she finishes sending her text she will come and help you.

Hoping to resolve the issue, I called the store, only to be met with an irritated attitude from the manager. There wasn’t even an apology, which set the tone for what was to come. I went back to the store to have my order remade. The staff checked each box, and I explained I’d only taken one bite. While I appreciated them remaking the food, it felt more like an obligation than a genuine attempt to make things right.
Unfortunately, the second round wasn’t any better. The chicken tasted like it had been refried multiple times, giving it an unpleasant and stale flavor. For a restaurant that prides itself on quality sliders and sides, this was a complete letdown.
