Porky's Pizza — Restaurant in Placentia

I ordered a few pizzas over the weekend while we hosted a football watch party for the playoff games. After a few recommendations and some yelp research - I had to give this place its fair shot.

I ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 veggie pizzas. Both extra large sizes since we had a good amount of people over. The extra large pizza has the same amount of slices as the large but is just 2 inches bigger - FYI. Total came out to around $60. The gentleman over the phone was really helpful and worked on getting me the best deal with their current specials.

What disappointed me was the pizza. I wasn't impressed by it, but it didn't taste horrible either. I just couldn't justify a reason to pay more in pizza for something that didn't blow me away. I will say the customer service was hands down amazing. They were fast, friendly and very helpful.

Ordered at 6:55 with an hour wait time. Waited hour and a half and called in to find out THEY wrote my number down wrong so we’re unable to contact me and would re send my orde for after heating it back up. Waited until 9:45/10 to finally receive my order. When driver gets there I specifically ask if the ranch is inside the box for my wings. He says yes and takes my change as a tip without asking if I needed the change. This was my first order I made with Porky's Pizza on Friday October 13 2023. Ben greeted me and helped me out right away. I must say, from the girl that took my phone order to Ben when I showed up, the Customer Service is top notch over the top and the pizza hot and great tasting. Just an awesome crew as customer service is non existent at many places but they go out of their way at Porky's Pizza to make sure you are taken care of and leave happy so you will come back again and tell others and that I will do..
