BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Plainfield Charter Township

My sister lives two hours away and is always bragging about Biggby breakfast bagels so we decided to try it. The line was long but no hurry on our part so placed the order and the man said we don't have any eggs ,do you still want the sandwich we decided to go ahead since we had been waiting. Many customers were leaving because of the wait. When we got to the window to pay the man said our order was mixed up so it would be a few more minutes, he didn't discount the sandwiches without eggs but did give us a two coupons for coffee. When we got home I called my sister to tell her the bagels were a disappointment and she said her local Biggby once didn't have eggs either and both locations are next to or near meijer, so guess the egg issue isn't just a one time thing but across the Biggby chain. Training new employees does take a little extra time but with a strong manager it shouldn't cause a lot of customers to change their minds and leave. The shortage of eggs there is no excuse for. Decided to walk to Bigby this morning, tried to order a coffee online and I like to add extra espresso and my friend was only aloud the option to add 1 shot because 2 was "exceeding the limit" and for my coffee i didn't even get the option to add extra espresso so we figured we could walk up to the window and she could take our order through the drive thru or over the phone so we could order the correct drinks we wanted and they said they were unable to help us with an empty drive thru so we decided to walk to Tim Hortons and they helped us right away without having to make an incorrect online order. I get Covid makes things difficult at times but turning customers away because the online ordering doesn't give all the options for drinks that are regularly offered isnt the way to...

Update: The parking lot was painted. Very Nice. The handicap and the adjacent ramp area are usually painted Blue to stand out from the standard spots. Good Progress.

The parking lot needs new paint with better HANDICAP identification. It is completely worn away. The signs are posted but they blend in. Numerous cars parked in this spot without handicap identification on their rearview mirror nor on their license plate , but I DON'T think they are being inconsiderate. I almost did it once myself.

The business owner should contact the property manager (maybe again)... Help those that might need it. We don't need our law enforcment spending time with this when they are trying to keep us safe.
