KFC — Restaurant in Plainfield Charter Township

KFC has given up and this one on Plainfield is leading the pack on horrible service and bad attitude. The lady in front of me at the drive thru was asking the price of something because the price was not on the menu board and some loudmouth on the speaker kept telling her to look harder, then some guy took over the speaker but you could still hear old loudmouth in the background yelling "what an idiot ". Instead of just simply answering her question. I placed a simple order, which by the way didn't have a price on it either, and while I was waiting for the lady in front of me to PU her order I could still hear old loudmouth up there barking at the lady. UPDATE: KFC had management reach out to me. They logged that they reached out, but no call was ever placed. They had the same manager I had issues with (Sydney) reach out to me, which she never did but did lie about doing.

Ordered a meal online that showed 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs in the picture. No text was present anywhere. The meal came with 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 wing and and 1 drumstick.

I called the store, and politely asked for the pieces to be exchanged or replaced, and even said it was likely the website's fault. Her response was "We can't give you chicken, if you want the pieces you can buy them. I don't care, it's the app's problem not mine"

Needless, we will never return. The mixup is a human mistake that can happen. The rest is just bad management and horrible...

Ordered here June, 12, 2017, the entire ordered messed up. Both chicken bite boxes had something wrong with them. They were not cooked all the way. My kids wouldn't even eat them. They did not ask us for sauces or what we wanted as sides, just gave us the total. So we had to change it at the window, the guy working the window was absolutely terrible. Gave us nasty looks the entire time. It was not busy. So we said, just take it slow. We aren't in a rush. And he sat in the drive through and stared at us like we just insulted his entire being.
