I waited at the drive-thru window for 11 minutes before any of the employees addressed me. The windows were open and I could see and hear the employees. The manager was standing 6 feet away from the window and she made eye contact with me over a dozen times. She proceeded to stand at the oven waiting for pizza to come out. Tapping her and running her spatula along the edge of the oven. I was tracking my breadsticks and watched as she put them on the rack right next to the window. I paid for my order online and all she had to do was hand them to me. Instead she sat them on the shelf and they stayed there for 6 more minutes. After she set them on the shelf she proceeded to stand at the oven waiting and yelled to another employee to get the window. He walked by and looked at me and said nothing. He went around the corner and stood talking to another employee. He then came around the corner and said he’d be right with me. He went to the front counter and helped a customer. Came back and started cutting up a pizza. Meanwhile the manager was still standing there more than capable to assist me but instead just stood there doing nothing. She told the employee she would take the pizza to the front and the employee finally came over and asked how he could help me. I told him my name and told him I have the breadsticks that were sitting right there. He went over to the rack and looked at them and then brought them to the warmer, pulled my label off those, and put the label on some that were in the warmer. As he started to walk back another customer that was behind me had gotten out of his car and was on the side of my car and leaned into my window and asked, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!? I said, Good question! He turned his head towards the window and the employee and said, Why don’t you have her pull off to the side!? You have her holding up the whole line! The employee ignored him and handed me the breadsticks and told me to have a goodnight. As I pulled away I heard the employee yell for another employee. When I got home I opened the breadsticks up and they’re super small, half sized breadsticks, burnt on the ends, and clearly have been sitting in the...
Read moreMy husband recently went to pick up a pizza for our family—he ordered either an extra pepperoni three meat pizza. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The pizza was cut very sloppily, as if it was rushed, and it was extremely oily. Most concerning of all, it wasn’t cooked properly—the dough was still raw and very doughy in the center.
I didn’t realize how undercooked it was until I came from my bedroom to grab a slice & seen my son started eating it. I immediately took the pizza away and returned to the store to let them know. When I arrived, I was surprised to see an employee at the register eating a popsicle—completely unprofessional. The manager, who was wearing a Wendy’s shirt with a Little Caesars hat, didn’t make a great impression either.
When I explained the issue and the inconvenience of having to come back, he simply said they could either remake the pizza or issue a refund. There was no apology or effort to truly make the situation right. I understand the store was busy and it seemed very hot inside, but that doesn’t excuse poor customer service or food that’s unsafe to eat. When he issued the refund which was short. My husband paid $13.00 and some change. He gave me back $12.75. In addition he asked if I wanted to keep the pizza or throw it away. Why would I want to eat that or my family?
Unfortunately, this experience has made us reconsider returning to this...

Classic Pepperoni Pizza: About your standard Little Caesars pizza. There was a bit too much sauce, but that is typical. I worked at a pizza restaurant and when things get crazy, you just dip the ladle and not level it out completely. The coverage on most everything was good, but the one pictured had a bare spot without pepperoni toward the back. The other two were mainly fine, so just a fluke?
Service: The order pick up machine was not working and labeled that it was not working. I had to ask for my pizzas at the front counter (I ordered through the app).
I am not sure if the one helping me was new. It seemed like it. He circled the store three times looking for something (my third pizza?) while holding two of my three pizzas. High turnover rate is common in fast food, so I am going to overlook this. I got my pizzas fine after all. HA HA!
Atmosphere: Small little building dedicated to Little Caesars. Some locations are a part of a strip mall or something, but this was a nice change. They have a drive thru, which I did not use. This could be useful?
Conclusion: I like this location and wish it wasn’t as far away from me, but I am glad I went out of my way to change things up.
