I stopped at the Wendy's last week on Northland Dr. and purchased a Single Cheese burger and a Large Frosty. I was so disappointed in the burger. The size of the burgers they used must have shrunk or something because I had to peel away a good part of the bun to even get to the burger. "Where's the beef???"......I know the burgers are supposed to be 1/4 lb. in weight (before cooking). But this burger was the smallest I had ever had at a Wendy's before. The large Frosty I also ordered,....the cup wasn't even filled all the way. I paid for a Large but only got the equivalent to what was a med. in the large cup. I worked at Wendy's back in the 80's and have always loved their food. But the last few times I have gone there to eat has been terribly disappointing. Read moreToday May 17th husband and I stopped at Wendy's, and our experience was not very good. All the tables in the lobby were dirty, floor was dirty, the entrance needed to be swept. Most disturbing, the catsup dispenser's were filthy and the little cup slots were all empty. 2 sleeves of them were just laying there.
The food was good, hot and well wrapped, but the atmosphere to eat in the lobby was not good. Being experienced in restaurant work, if I were the shift manager, I would of had someone working in that lobby. The lobby was basically empty at the time.
I hope this may reach someone who can make a difference, because a dirty restaurant just is inexcusable, especially when not busy in the lobby.

I was there for 30 minutes just to get food, asked for a refund and instead of getting one, and advising I no longer wanted the food as my lunch had no passed, I was only met with excuses from the manager Danielle as to how they were short staffed and didn't have the right people wrking and food would be done in a few minutes. Attempted to start a refund but the. Got flustered and left. The only bright side of this was the young lady named Bella who actually made offers to correct this issue for me and another guest behind me. The manager here is incompetent and really needs to be looked at. I thank Bella for her assistance in trying to remedy the situation that the manager couldn't, unfortunately.
