I walked in and I was warmly greeted. Aesthetically the place is good, looked very clean which is important. There were a few customers already sitting eating which is also a good sign. Having recently had some authentic jerk chicken and grown up in Jamaican/Caribbean culture, naturally I had to order “The Jerk”. Described as “1/2lb Bigfoot blend, House Made Jamaican Jerk Sauce, House Made Purple Slaw”. The food was prepared in good time. The presentation was much like you see on their website, (I was so hungry I didn’t stop to take a photo) sorry. I broke a little piece of the burger patty off and tasted it individually. It was well seasoned with a good crust. I tasted the pickles a friend had ordered. They are superb. The fries were good also. I then tasted the burger as a whole. The sauce and the slaw work wonderfully well together on the burger. Salty, sweet, fresh, with a hint of spice and the textures all worked fantastically well together. I will say that it’s a stretch to describe the sauce as “Jamaican Jerk” sauce. It didn’t have that hit of all spice, or the spice of scotch bonnet. For that reason I felt a little disappointed because it simply wasn’t what I expected when I read “Jamaican Jerk sauce”. The patty did fall apart a little which made it hard to eat without getting fingers messy but that didn’t bother me too much. It was a good burger and I’d order it again possibly before I try another one in the menu. I found myself trying to figure out what their version of jerk sauce was, which is an indication of how intrigued I was by the sauce. The sauce did build the longer it stayed on my palette which was also surprisingly nice. Just wish it hit me harder straight away with more familiar flavors. I spoke to the owner, seemed genuine, personable and passionate about food. That’s always a bonus. He admitted it’s not a traditional jerk sauce but was tight lipped about how he made the sauce. I’d recommend this place over other burger...

Juicy handmade 1/2 lb burgers with attention to detail.
Generally, they are dripping with sauces and toppings, sparing no expense. The burgers and everything are cooked to order and very fresh.
Chee Burger: Your standard burger burger with all the best fixings.
Scorchin’ Squatch: I like spice a lot, but this was a kick in the pants. I saw other reviews saying it was not too spicy, but don't believe it! My head was swimming and I was flushing with the heat (I can take habanero hot). That said, it was full bodied and the Cheetos were an awesome addition.
Aloha Bigfoot: The pineapple had a grilled flavor complimented with the tangy Teriyaki sauce. The texture was well done with the pineapple NOT leaving the burger soggy as can happen with some places. Well done!
Kids Nuggets: A heartier meat that was tastier, but just a little on the salty side. They gave me an extra nugget and I appreciated that!
Fries (SM): If this really is a small fry, it is fairly large. They were battered and full of flavor! Nothing special compared to many others who do similar fries, but I still liked them just the same.
They've been around for a few months now and I am happy to report they are earning their place as a top notch burger joint. They have a commendable passion.
UPDATED REVIEW (12/18/2024):
I visited NorthPointe Christian School’s 2024 Marketplace where 6th-8th kids open a business for a day to learn and earn in collaboration with local businesses mentoring them. I found Bigfoot Burger Co. among the sponsors for one booth that inspired the name “Littlefoot Burger Co.” That is super cool and I HIGHLY appreciate their engagement with the local...
Read moreUpdate: They now have a "Bigfoot Burger Co" signage/poster on the right side of their building wall
Food:
The Jerk:
Decently blackened crust on the ground beef patty
Vegetables were well incorporated, no pungent vegetable taste
Balanced sweetness
Scorchin’ Squatch:
Overcooked patty, it was somewhat tough to chew
The Hot Cheetos had a slight crunch to it, however, it had a slight gooey texture afterwards
The Cheetos might be better if it was a crust instead of a layer
Could be spicier
Service:
Friendly
Quick
Attentive
Atmosphere:
Modern minimalist interior design
Clean bathroom, wished there was a mirror and bathroom sign though
Huge 4K TV
Difficult to find - there wasn't a sign in front of the building that said Bigfoot Burger Co just Suite #
But there was a “Bigfoot Burger Co” food truck and a plaza billboard sign outside of the building
Overall: ⅗ because although both burgers were decent, nothing really stood out and surprised us. Also, we wished the burgers had came with a free side, considering that both...
