Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Plainfield

Discusting filth. I'm here at 10am and the place looks like a busload of pigs just ran through here. The glass in front of where they make the sandwhiches is filthy. While I was paying for my sandwhich a long cob web was drifting in my face from the glass counter. I ran my fingure across the top and there was 2 inches of dust. I told the guy this place was filthy and he said it was night shifts fault. That much dust doesn't build up over night. ALL the tables were filthy and sticky. No one has taken a wet towel to these tabletops since they opened. There is food all over the floor in every corner. The bathroom has green feces all over the bowl and the walls are filthy. This is at 10am! Cant imagine what this place looks like at lunch time. The owner is a slob to allow this. Jersey Mikes everywhere else is clean and inviting and great food. This owner should loose his shop if he doesn't know or care to clean it. Invest in some hot towels for the tables. I would like to get up and leave but my feet are stuck to the...

Great food as similar to all Jersey Mike locations, but it was an absolute nightmare walking into this place today. I have never seen the employees so rude and obnoxious. The counter where they were making the food was absolutely disgusting and filthy. The employees where talking about there personal lives witch was completely inappropriate topics for a public work atmosphere. And on top of all that they had some pretty disrespectful rap music on, If I wanted to listen to that garbage I would go to a night club, not to mention the music was way to loud, my co-worker and I could hardly hold a conversation. Another customer was on his phone and was continuously asking who ever he was talking to to repeat themselves. I finally got fed up with it when they decided to turn the music up even louder. This place used to be my favorite place to go and get a quick lunch at a quiet atmosphere, not anymore. What happened to treating your customers...

Worst . Walked in the employees we're talking about I don't know what, but wasn't pleasant. No manager. When he finally came out looked like he forgot to shave for two weeks.

Sat down and ate my sandwich and started to look around. Not very clean. I poured a drink from the fountain wanting unsweetened ice tea for a sugar free substitute,it wasn't even there. However sweet ice tea receptacle was there but completely empty. I asked if they had unsweet ice tea and they told me no(Jersey mikes staple) there should be unsweet. I told them there wasn't and they said oh well we're out.

Settling for Dr pepper I looked at the fountain dispenser while I was sitting and saw what looked like mold or syrup under it; ( caked in) Very discouraging as I just drank it.

Overall poor experience

No wonder why I don't see anybody in there.
