KFC — Restaurant in Plainfield

I usually enjoy coming to this KFC but tonight has to be the worse experience ever. Ordering was fine. I got to the window and everything went downhill from there. The young man with braces had no clue how to read my order back to me and was extremely rude.I confirmed my order 2 times!. Only to still have the wrong order when I got home and hair in my food. His attitude was so baddd he forgot to give me my drinks. I had 3 meals. He told me to bye and forgot to give me my drinks so I had to remind him. He came back with 2 drinks!. I said if I got 3 meals shouldn’t I have 3 drinks? He said oh yea smh. Worst experience. I usually encounter 2 lovely ladies when I go to this KFC. It will be a looong time...

This Plainfield KFC is hands down the best KFC around! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile, and the employees are always friendly, professional, and on point. They work efficiently to get orders out quickly without ever compromising on quality. 😯

The Chicken is awesome! Crispy, flavorful, and always fresh( exactly how fried chicken should be.) And the best part is that this facility is spotless. It’s clear that they take pride not just in their food, but in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. 😳

The worst experience of my life. The manager Naomi literally told me that they made my food 20 minutes ago and was not going to make me fresh food. Then called the police on me . I would never return to that place. They made me feel as though they were racist. I asked for their names and they refused to give me their names. The police had to give me the manager name. She was so rude. I do not understand how she is a manager. I made a police report and will be following up with their corporate office. No one should have a job after doing all that over food...
