Customer Service is Horrible!! IF YOU ORDER A PRODUCT ONLINE GO TO THE STORE STAND IN LINE TO PAY. THEN THE CASHIER STATES YOU MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL CARD NOT APPLE PAY. YOU THEN SAY I WILL BE RIGHT BACK, YOU GO TO YOUR CAR GET YOUR CARD GO TO THE ATM IN THE STORE SO YO CAN FOLLOW THEIR POLICY THAT YOU DIDN'T KNOW IN ADVANCE WHEN PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE. THEN THE CASHIER (MANAGER) TELLS YOU "YOU HAVE TO GET BACK IN LINE 8 PEOPLE DEEP AND NOW WAIT AGAIN TO PAY!! THIS IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I DID NOT KNOW THE POLICY, YOU DID NOT HAVE IT POSTED SO NOW I SUFER AS A CUSTOMER??? THEN WHEN YOU ASK A QUESTION THE MANAGER GETS LOUD AND RUDE!! As a female customer I was completely disrespected by the manager, he has absolutely no knowledge of what Customer Service looks like and treated me as if I wasn't a customer too!!! Not only was he disrespectful but he was loud and tried to embarrass in front of the entire store when I was speaking to him quietly....just asked a question...such a horrible experience!!! There are way to many dispensaries in this area...I would rather go somewhere where I can be respected as a customer.
Update: please don't post a reply as if you handled the situation, you did not. I called you...if I had been a man I know that manager would've had different energy. I never expect perfection just to be...
Read moreQueen City is my favorite dispensary by far, and I've visited at least ten in the past year, I do truly hope they are minority owned. (If you're boujee skip the end)
Their service is professional, courteous, and knowledgable. Product availability is wide and they stay stocked with 1G carts at the $65-75 rate.

I'm truly proud to call this dispensary my new home
HOUSE OF PUFF Accessory products are sold here! This woman-owned company sells amazing products that look to break the stigma and embrace canna culture. Hoping you'll stock their new Spritz product!

Read morePlace is becoming too "big for its britches". I went last week after a rainstorm around 8pm and the place was closed. On their website, it says closed at 10pm. Calling made no difference because nobody was there to answer the phone. I went to another nearby dispensary... Came in again today looking to buy 3.5 oz of flower. The final price was $43.25. I realized after tax that I didn't take out enough cash for the purchase, only $42.50. The lady helping wasn't much help at all, after telling her I was less than $1 short, she stared at me like I had 2 heads. I had 49 points but not for $1 off. I went to another nearby dispensary. Their prices were slightly less and I made the same purchase. There's too much competition to remain loyal to this place. Too much disinterested working help and the deals are...
