Dunkin' — Restaurant in Plains Township

I tried to order the five dollar meal deal with two bacon wake up wraps. I then proceeded to order an extra hash brown wake up wrap, the chipotle ones that they have on top of the two bacon ones that I just ordered. The rude lady pictured first rang me up for an extra hash brown, and I told her that was wrong. She said well then what do you want? I said I needed the chipotle hash brown wake up wrap.. She then proceeded to say that those aren’t included in the five dollar meal deal. I said I get that. I don’t want them with the five dollar meal deal. I need them on top of the five dollar Meal deal. She then rang me up for a loaded hashbrowns. I’m not Sure, if more training needs to be taken place, but the way these women spoke to me Is absolutely disgusting and I know I wasn’t the only complaint that they received today. I was then shouted at To pull around. I was then met with the window being slammed in my face, and I was double flipped off. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was told I was holding up the line and the manager was in the bathroom when the previous lady had told me That he had left for the day. This place has the worst management. Placed an online order at 8 pm to be picked up at 8:20 (8 is an hour before they close; pickup would've been 40 mins before close), and when i went to pick it up they said it was cancelled because they shut down the oven already. The only reason I'm writing a review is because this isnt the 1st time it happened. Not to mention, they consistently make the wrong drink. It's hit or miss with it being made correctly. The last time I ordered they were sweeping dust & dirt next to the oven & drawer with the hash browns. Anyone with common sense knows that you should not be sweeping piles of dirt while cooking and then leaving that pile next to where you take out the food. I know they're just young kids so I won't complain too much, but in all reality, it really comes down to management. Clearly, it's mismanaged. Whoever runs this place needs better & thorough training, and probably a Dept of Health inspector to explain some simple standards of practice. I ordered a holiday cookie iced signature latte and toast with avocado and bacon. The drink was nasty. And the avocado toast had almost no bacon on it as if I didn’t have to pay extra $1.10 for it. Now I know the drink is good because I usually go to kidder street. But I was closer to 315 dunkin. I made the wrong decision. I payed for the order. Never got my change back or receipt. Then when I came back to say something about the toast. I was wrong. But then said she can fix it. Then gives me a bag with a tad bit of bacon in it. I wish I took a picture of when the extra was put on but it was still pathetic compared to the other dunkin spots around here. And what really grinds my gears is that I ordered a large drink and they gave me a straw that only fit in a small or medium cup.
