Clean, exceptionally patient staff for those of us who have a hard time navigating our Apps. They are located inside the Asian Food Market.
My favorite is the Earl Grey Milk Tea with the 3J's whereas Hubby's is the Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea. With my beverage, I can customize the ice amount, sugar level as well as the preferred non-dairy beverage. They offer almond and soy and as per the manager, he stated they will be offering oat milk soon. During these cold days, they also offer hot beverages.
They do not offer as many promotions as other boba shops and their reward system is you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at Gong Cha. Their Rewards Program powered by the FiveStar program which now tells me in advance many points I have left in order to earn my next free drink or if I achieved my free beverage, it shows.
The staff members are friendly and very efficient. You can do contactless payment and the staff are all...

Read moreGong Cha is a great bubble tea place! There are plenty of boba options (caffeine and caffeine-free) AND toppings. I recommend getting the Taro Milk Tea (30% sugar, less ice), with or without toppings. Pearls are a standard choice, but there are also more interesting toppings, like Oreo Crumble. I also recommend the Strawberry Milk Tea (slush series), again 30% sugar, less ice. Of course, you can increase/decrease sugar or ice if you need to. The Taro Milk Tea and slush series Strawberry Milk Tea are both caffeine-free, but the regular Strawberry Milk Tea has caffeine. Additionally, Gong Cha is right inside the Asian Food Market, making it convenient to go to when you’re...
