The second place didn't seem knowledgeable at all. This Princeton location was smaller but had everything on display. They made the process very simple. Even though they don't have inventory at this location, they are very quick to get the product to you. As far as the dishwasher is concerned, the Fotile brand isn't cheap, but they have a good combination is function, quality, and design. The dishwasher functions perfectly, and is very simple to use. It is also now the most attractive piece in our kitchen. I wouldn't hesitate to buy more Fotile products...
